Good prompt customer service. I ordered my party supplies and was delivered via Royal Mail within 2 days but then, I forgot 2 other small bits. I called them and they helped me with large envelope postage charge for the things and posted me such that I received first class before the party. I do appreciate it. Their products are reasonably priced so that helped a great deal. Keep it up!

I am so impressed with the service from Party Puffin. I had never used you before, I came across Party Puffin on a google search as I am hosting a hen party for my very close friend. I received a voicemail not long after I had purchased my order to say one of my goods was no longer in stock. The item was a deck of truth or dare cards, Funny enough I actually accidentally bought two of the same product that was from a different seller, Ben from Party Puffin used his initiative and replaced the out of stock truth or dare cards, with another very similar dare card deck.

The fact I received a voicemail from Ben left me confident in the business. I was reassured my delivery will arrive on time and if I had any issues to get in touch. This is the type of brilliant customer service that keeps customers coming back. The goods arrived on time and the items are exactly what I wanted.
