Highly Recommend

Highly Recommend - I have used Partzilla for years and every time I have received nothing but Awesome service from each CSR I speak with. I have never spoken to someone who was not Extremely knowledgeable in their product line. I usually research the part I need in advance and then call to speak with someone to verify I have selected the correct one.

I got my Items very fast. They were shipped out the same day, and I received them a day earlier than expected. I'm not sure if that's normal, but that was my experience.

Honda pioneer 1000-5

Dealership was closed on Monday and I ordered from partszilla easy to navigate the site and had the parts I needed in stock. The Dealership called Tuesday after I had ordered from partszilla and not only did they not have the parts I needed but we're higher priced. Thanks Partszilla

Customer service is key

Taylor was absolutely amazing assisting me with my order. I needed my parts fast and online didn’t give me the shipping option I needed. PARTZILLA has top shelf parts and associates.. The customer service is unmatched

Customer Service, Crystal

I would like to a give a 5 Star review of the customer service I received, by Crystal. I had placed a order and the very next day I called into add to the order, it was seamless. She was very polit and helpful. This is the only website I ever buy Honda parts from!!!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service! Website told me the right part didn’t fit my bike and said the wrong part didn’t. Wont refund my shipping and tried to make me pay for my own return. Customer service rep Lynn was horrible telling me the customer I’m wrong

I went online and ordered the wrong

I went online and ordered the wrong part because I was trying to be cheap. I ended up running into Ian, who let me know that yeah, it was the wrong part and got the correct one shipped out, and also gave me some advice on how to fix other things that I didn’t even order parts for. The guy was super knowledgeable; apparently, he used to even be a motorcycle mechanic and decided to just bring his knowledge to the customer service room. He was an awesome person just to talk to. Ian is, hands down, one of the best reps I’ve ever talked to there and deserves a lot more than whatever you’re giving him.

Do NOT pay for expedited shipping

Upon ordering and paying for expedited shipping I received an email my parts would arrive on Friday. My customer was told to bring his ride in late Friday. Only to get another email saying Monday delivery. Now...I am a liar via your company. I repeat don't pay extra. All parts were in stock. The parts are still in Geogia and haven't moved for 2 days. I'd be hard pressed to order from them again.

My go-to parts company

My go-to parts company! As a shop owner, I deal with these guys MULTIPLE times a day and know most of their staff just by the sound of their voices haha. These guys always take care of us here at Redline Motorsports. I love hearing how they’re expanding by providing aftermarket parts for Harley and now even automotive. Their commercial discounts are great and their customer service is great. Special shoutout to Jared who just helped me with quote PZQ0039110. He is the MAN and can always find what we’re looking for and is knowledgeable all-around. Jared along with Joshua and George could carry the whole customer service department on their BACK and run circles for days. Give these boys a medal!

Very satisfied across the board!!

I have discovered Partzilla.com just about 3 months ago. I have ordered a number of parts for my Yamaha snowmobiles. What is great is that they have parts in stock that other don't, including hard to find items. Several times I had needed the status of my orders which is easy on the site or through the chat option. My recent order, I screwed up. I called talked to Gary (11-8093012) and he sent me the return authorization..And...... if you order over a certain amount , the shipping is free!!!
