George went over and above to find the correct part. When he couldn't get the part I needed, he stayed with me and found the aftermarket part I needed. I felt like I was well taken care of. If every company worked like this, they would go far.

Ordered complete Reed valve assembly. Assembly arrived without a 60 cent gasket clearly shown on the schematic as part of the Assembly. Had to order separately. Fair? You decide. Rest of order perfect.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, you have better chances of getting your item faster through random ebay sellers, they did not send me tracking number till i pressed a customer service worker to send me tracking number which had been shipped (3 days prior to me asking). Item cancellation is very difficult even only a day after purchasing the item. Have to wait for item to process and ship and deliver to return it, now they ending up losing money through shipping labels on returns. Idiot company structure. Just order from ebay with the same part number and save yourself time.

Paid extra on a 1-3 day shipping. Parts ordered on a Tuesday evening and were shipped on Wednesday. Tracking said they would arrive by 5pm on Friday. No show and got another tracking notice that it would be delivered on Saturday. No show now is going to be Monday and was told that Monday was the 3rd shipping day and no credit for paying extra to 1-3 day shipping. Looks like I will stick with Rocky Mountain ATV from now on, they have always delivered on time.

Easy ordering and lightening fast processing and shipping!

I contacted "Partzilla" Customer service for assistance ordering a part online for my 2018 Toyota Tacoma 6 Cyl. Sport 4X4 pickup. For me there was some confusion as to what part i should order from their website. This was due to (2) parts appearing to be the same with cost and type online. A customer Service rep. named "Krystal" came on the line and was able to resolve my issue almost immediately with outstanding professionalism accompanied with knowledge and kindness that i can really respect, especially in these times when its an act of Congress just trying to get a live person on the phone for assistance. I've placed several orders with Partzilla, and they always arrived asap, correct, and packaged well. Everything from small bolts and washers to an entire fairing panel for my ZX-10R. I have a great Kawasaki dealer in town, but I still order from here instead.

I had my Ninja's bearings fail very randomly, and right before a major event I was going to take the bike too. I texted the customer service number at 4AM to ask about overnight air shipping, and someone immediately responded in great detail. THAT is beyond exceptional customer service! While Partzilla was unfortunately one short on the bearings I needed, and they will need to be ordered from Kawasaki (who my dealer warned me takes their sweet time regardless of how much you pay to have them asap parts), Partzilla's customer service still went way above and beyond to try and help me.

Will continue buying from and recommending you guys!
