Directors should be ashamed

Directors should be ashamed. Clearly been leading customers up the garden path for a long time with false assurances. I'm sure it's difficult to face losing your business but adversity shows whether or not you have integrity. Sadly none to be seen here, and taken my money with them. Lesson learned, use credit card not debit card.

Corporate insolvency from two days ago (09/09/2025)
I can't post a link on Trustpilot but if "Pash classics Loughborough" is typed into Google, a link to the Gazette from 9th September 2025 is the 5th link down.

I ordered chairs and chair covers in early May. The chairs (miraculously!) arrived in mid July. I receveived almost no updates from Pash and had to chase this up myself. I was told on 11th July that the covers would arrive in four weeks. No further updates since. I have tried calling this morning and the call won't go through as the message inbox is full.

Do not buy from this company! I think, like others, that they have gone bust.

Had to claim back from credit card company

Sad to say I had to claim back from my credit card company after 8 months of waiting. The company changed names in Companies House on 4th Sept so pretty sure it’s gone insolvent. Shame as my friend had a good experience a few years back. If you are in the same boat, claim via credit card company quickly before it’s too late for them to do anything.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Took months for chairs to arrive with no correspondence, still waiting on seat cushions months later. Won’t reply to my emails, phone inbox is full so can’t call. Absolutely useless company, AVOID.

Beware, They may have gone under

Beware , I think this company may have gone bust. We orders some eames DSW chairs, and seat cushions. After waiting 3 months for delivery, they sent the wrong Colour legs. When asked to send out replacement, they offered to send out the wooden dowels as opposed to full leg units, but they sent the same colour. Still no cushions. No response to email and answerphone mailbox full. Not looking good for us.

Ordered a Eames recliner with footstool…

Ordered a Eames recliner with footstool in May. Having looked at recent reviews I started to get worried so contacted them with no reply. Had a look on the website and everything is sold out and some changes in address on companies house. They’ve also recently changed their name to AP Group Solutions Ltd. Many emails and telephone calls with no reply or answer with the answer phone message box full. Made a claim on my Halifax credit card yesterday and they refunded me today.

The bank also won’t refund as the…

The bank also won’t refund as the length of time from the original order was too long so I have lost the money from my order. That leaves me with no choice but to retrieve my money personally from the owners, whose details I have from companies house.

I paid for Designer Lounge Chair and got nothing!

I paid for Designer Lounge Chair & Ottoman - Walnut Veneer & White Leathe on Feb 17th. I asked for status of my order in may and was told that it will be delivered in August. No feedback, no chair. I learned if you pay by bank transfer, the bank can not return your funds if you were tricked (compare to payment by credit card). So please be aware. They are taking your money and do not deliver.

WARNING!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND You will not receive your goods!

I paid £760 in Dec 2024 (sic).
They have fobbed me off for 8 months.

This was their email on 19 July this year:

Good afternoon Chris,

Thank you for your email and apologies for the poor customer service you have received.

Our next shipment is due to arrive in approx. three weeks and your order has been flagged to be prioritised for urgent despatch. Please expect to hear from our logistics team prior to despatch to book in a delivery with you.

We understand delays are frustrating and truly appreciate your patience and continued support. We're doing everything we can to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible once it arrives with us.

Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay, your patience is appreciated.

If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Urgent warning people

Urgent warning people. Paid for a chair back in January 2025, kept pushing delivery date back. In June they advised me delivery will be end of August 2025. They now not responding to my emails. They will take your money and then ignore you. £863 of hard earned money gone. I will try and contact my credit card company to see if they can help. I'll post this review on other sites, hopefully saving others from disappointment.

AVOID

As with the other recent reviews here, I ordered months ago (March), was advised 12-16 weeks delivery, enquired end of June, advised it was delayed to end of August, tried to enquire for the last couple of weeks, they are not replying to online queries or emails and not taking phone calls. Managed to dispute payment and got refund via bank.

No delivery in 8 months

Like many other recent reviews, ordered back in January and goods never received despite repeated assurances. Now not answering emails and I fear I’ve lost over £700. Be very cautious about ordering from this company.

No customer service from this company

No customer service from this company. I tried emailing the company twice last week, filled out their online form to request contact, and finally tried ringing the company today. I couldn't leave a message on their answering service as there are too many messages there. They clearly do not want any business.

Gone bust?

Order never arrived, no response from Pash Classics to multiple emails and calls. Got a full refund from my bank, which was a welcome relief. I suspect they’ll be along shortly to say “we don’t have a record of anyone ordering with your name etc”.

Ordered an Eames lounger in January, it is not mid August, some initial e-mail reply to my queries after they missed their scheduled delivery time and renewed delivery time, now they have missed their re-renewed delivery time and are not responding to emails and they are not answering their phone (mail box full... presumably with similar complaints).

Checked companies house and the company seem to be still trading, therefore this can only be seen as very bad customer service, what does it take to keep a returning customer up to date with their very delayed order?

I would order with the utmost caution.

No order received, no refund. Avoid.

Placed order for bar stool in March 2025.
They missed two projected delivery windows.
Cancelled order.
They said up to 15 working days for debit card refund.
No refund received.
Emailed complaint several days ago - no response.
Think they have or are going into administration - avoid.

EDIT: Following this review, Pash Classics asked for details which I provided.
Still no refund. Still displeased
