Bedrogen

Ik kocht een trui die ik heel graag wilde hebben en die op de website met een klein bedrag werd afgeprijsd. Toen de trui eenmaal bij mij in het VK was afgeleverd - geregeld door verschillende e-mails tussen mijzelf en een medewerker van de klantenservice - merkte ik een groot gat in de schouder op dat erg zou zijn opgevallen bij het inpakken van het artikel voor bezorging.

Omdat de voorwaarde van de verkoop was dat er geen rendement was op afgeprijsde goederen, heb ik nu een mooie nieuwe trui met een groot gat, waardoor hij onbruikbaar is, plus ik ben £ 100 kwijt.

Iemand in het bedrijf moet op de hoogte zijn geweest van de ernstige fout in het kledingstuk voordat hij het opstuurde, dus ik voel me bedrogen en heel erg teleurgesteld.
