Order not received and there is no way to contact them other than email. They have ignored my emails and I’m still waiting for my order to arrive. Terrible. I will never use them again.

Passo to go kit - Very salty tomato puree
We received a Passo to go kit for 2 as a gift. The box that arrived had nothing written on it we didn't even realise it cold food so it didn't go in the fridge straight away. Luckily the food was still cold. None of the food pots were were labelled(sauces/toppings) so following the instructions was a bit confusing at first. The tomato puree was so salty. It tasted foul and It made us feel quite sick afterwards. I assuming this was just a bad batch.

AVOID..UNRELIABLE, POOR SERVICE
Placed an order for 6 dishes to be delivered to multiple addresses. Only 2 of the orders arrived, 1 of which was incorrect. passotogo assured me the order would be reprocessed and delivered the following day, which didn't happen.
No responses from them re updated delivery or refund

Gave them a 2nd chance, errors still persist. AVOID!
I wrote a review on 13th April 2021. I thought I'd give them another chance as its a great concept. However, even after 7 months, nothing has changed!
Orders arrived incomplete, packaging is not environmentally friendly and just a huge disappointment again. Even worse, our Nduja pork pasta had a lot of hard bristles and stems of vegetables that should not be in a pasta sauce.
So disappointed! Avoid and go for a reliable company to deliver you food that you have paid for at a good quality.
Customer service is quick at responses and offered a refund, but cant rectify the issue of missing ingredients after its been made!

Ordered two pizza kits for delivery on…
Ordered two pizza kits for delivery on Saturday.
When they arrived all the pizza dough had splurged out of the little pots. It went all over the other ingredients and we were left with no pizza dough and nothing to have for dinner.
The worst thing is that they aren’t responding to either Facebook messages or emails so at the moment I can’t sort out a refund. I think they are actively ignoring my complaint. I wouldn’t bother ordering if their customer service is so shocking!!
