I ordered a bracelet from this site in 2022. It never arrived. I have emailed them just over 30 times and had one reply, back in 2022, apologising for the delay and promising that the item would be delivered. My last email, this year, my email bounced from all their available email addresses.

Ordered a bracelet a month and a half ago from this website. I still haven't received the bracelet and I have received no communication. I have attempt to follow up the business on 5 consecutive occasions and have received absolutely no response. Do not ever order anything from this website. You will never receive your item. It is a scam.

Order a necklace, still hasn't arrived after 45 days with no response from them after sending emails.
I have started the process to dispute the transaction directly through my bank to get refund.

As others have said, you can get everything they offer from Ali Express for way cheaper. I actually ordered same item 2 weeks after my order with Passport Ocean and have received it already from Ale Express. Didn't think to check legitimacy of site until after my order was "Processing" for 2 weeks.

We buy a ring and never arrived. The dont answer emails or instagram messages. IT IS A SCAM. Order number #86554.

I ordered $68 worth of product from Passport Ocean and never received my order. They will not respond to any emails.

Ordered an ocean projector. Took 2 months to get here. It was shipped with no protective foam, just a thin plastic sack. They shipped it to the wrong address, didn't give me a choice. Pieces are broken, it lights up and makes jungle sounds, but the 'wave' making portion was in 3 broken pieces. It is a bummer they use conservation as a means to sell stuff. They are also impossible to reach.

I wouldn't recommend this brand. I waited for 3 months for two cheap a** rings. Not the quality i would expect and not satisifed.

Ordered a ring over 6 months ago for a gift for a friend’s trip to Hawaii. Not only has she not received it, I emailed them asking for a refund months ago and just received a response that it should ship 2-3 weeks from now and if I don’t get it then, that they will refund me. How ridiculous and what bad business. Get a new supplier and refund customers right away and still sendcthe dang merchandise after six months!

No items arrived - no money refunded and no response from company- now trying to see if bank can help. I only wished I saw these reviews before purchasing a large order😕 please take note of the reviews and avoided the painful fight for your money back.

I’ve ordered rings in the begining of May, 3 rings, only one was dellivered 1,5month later. No respond from them where are 2 missing items, in my account the status of order shows ‘finished/delivered’ which is not correct, they do not reply on emails.
Find another store and pass this one!

Do not buy anything with them!! One month and missing items!

Odered a cap last month, still not received.
I live in Canada and according to their policy, I should receive my order within 25 days max (5 days max of processing + 20 days max of shipping process).
In the current Covid-19 situation, I am being very patient knowing that postal services are slowed down.
The problem is that Passport Ocean is not able to answer my questions on where the package really is, like how long it has been shipped. They only respond vaguely that it will arrive soon... It has been a complete month now and the least would be to give real answers to my questions.

Also, I was able to find the exact same cap on AliExpress for 8$ and other bunch of websites. Therefore realized that they do make a very big profit on this product even if they say to give 15% of it to marine conservation.
This company is not as ethical as it seems, I am really disappointed that I discovered this that late.

PS : they have so much 1-star and then a bunch of 5-star reviews, I mean really ? isn't that weird ?

They are just buying items on Aliexpress and selling them to you three times the price. Don't be fooled by their "save the planet" speeches... Whatever they make with their 300% benefits, it's certainly not ecological to buy on aliexpress.
Unfortunately I figured out the trap after ordering... And of course, 1 month later, still no delivery...

After 2 months since I placed the order, i haven't receive NOTHING.
They won't answer my mails at all requested a refund and no answer...

On top of this they get their jewelry from Aliexpress and inflate its price...

After one of my orders was lost by the Royal mail , i got everything I ordered free of charge and very fast through ups shipping. Client service was excellent and The rings are absolutely stunning!

I’ve ordered a wave ring for my girlfriend and I have been able to contact the team so easy through email and Instagram about any questions and they always help me everytime

I received my delivery a few days ago and I am very satisfied with it

SCAM! Do not buy! Seller don't ship for real, if you pay with Paypal will force your claim to expire with fake excuses like fake shipping dates, so you can't apply Paypal customer protection warranty and you lose your money forever.
Moreover: same objects can be found on any Chinese e-shop like Aliexpress or Wish at 1/20th of price!
(same ring for $19.99 found at $0,80!)

Compré tres anillos y solo llegó uno, que era de muy mala calidad. No responden los mensajes, ni devuelven el dinero.
Revenden productos de Aliexpress. El paquete llegó de China.

I bought three rings and I only got one, that was very bad quality. They don't answer any message, neither refund the money.
They resell products from Aliexpress. The parcel come from China.
