Warning: Inactive service, no support, automated charges

The platform is completely broken—the dashboard has been stuck on a loading screen for days, making it impossible to use the app or cancel my subscription.
I reached out to official support and team members, but received zero response. Paced Studios and Pathpicker appear to be abandoned, yet their automated payment systems are still charging users for a service that doesn't work. They still have the nerve to still send marketing emails though.
This has all the red flags of a potential scam. I am now forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Avoid.
