Daisy showed me around the house and explained everything very clearly and friendly. For Abbie she was always available to answer any questions I had.

I’ve been renting for over 4 years in Newcastle and I haven’t had such a smooth process until renting with Pat Robson! Abbie was very considerate and helped both me and my friend have a smooth and easy transition from applying to renting. I would definitely recommend :)

My son rented a 1 bedroom house from Pat Robson, when he moved in it wasn’t the best, carpets were rotten & needed cleaned.
The smell of cannabis was foul so he asked permission to decorate to be told yes. He painted it white throughout granted he isn’t a decorater but looked better than it was.
He was only there for 6 months, when we handed keys back for them to release the bond, he was informed that no bond would be returned due to issues they reckon it needed professionally cleaned what isn’t true, what they said would cost £200, £232 to cut the grass at the front it’s a size of a postage stamp & £683 to redecorate through out as wasn’t done by a professional painter! He was only there for 6 months & if it was as immaculate what pat Robson said nothing would have needed done.

Absolutely disgusting & when I rang the office to ask for the guy who sent the email the lady who answered the phone said we don’t have anybody in the office by that name however lone behold the guy rang me back.

So totally done over by pat robson, it’s a terrible thing to do.

I would highly recommend Pat Robson to anyone wishing to sell their house , they are very pro-active and keep you updated throughout the whole sales process . We also received a number of offers, the communication with the team was excellent.
I have also let a property via Pat Robson and they fully managed the let for me . Excellent company

Pat Robson were excellent at getting everything sorted for me to move into a new place. Abbie who handled the move was brilliant and professional, answering all my queries promptly and super helpful and friendly.

I would never use these guys again. When I arrived at my newly rented flat in August 2022 it was in an utterly disgusting state; mould in the kitchen, dust and hair everywhere, rubble in the boiler room, not to mention the lights, shower, freezer, boiler and bed were all either broken or in very poor condition despite an 'inspection' being done prior to my arrival. I got a professional cleaner in the day I moved in (as it was near uninhabitable) and Pat Robson refused to reimburse me the £180 it cost as they said they needed an opportunity to get their own cleaners in (the opportunity for that was prior to my arrival). It was then a constant back and forth between myself, them and the landlord to get all the stuff fixed which was only done after I stopped paying my rent.

My shitbag of landlord also for some reason had all his post come through to my flat and I was nice enough to make semi-regular drop offs to my local Pat Robson office as requested. In return, he refused to fix the ceiling once a big chunk of the plasterboard started falling off and then had the utter audacity to try and charge me a £100 cleaning fee when I left despite my dear mother and I spending about 5 hours cleaning that place, not out of any kind of loyalty but to get the deposit back and so the next tenant didn't have to go through the same experience. Pat Robson even sent me an email recommending not disputing it to save the trouble; needless to say the TDS awarded me the full £100 back as that place was near spotless when I left.

I do get that a big part of this was the landlord and not Pat Robson but Pat Robson should not do business with absolute pricks like my landlord or demand a much better standard from them. I have also just bought a house and intend to rent it out in the future but will not be using Pat Robson for this.

Used Pat Robson's for my house sale. Was kept up to date on progress regularly and they answered my questions promptly. Would use again.

We have found the service at Pat Robson to be excellent. There has been good communication and rapid response to queries raised. We are especially impressed with the work Georgina has done with regards to regularly inpsecting the property and arranging for jobs to be carried out.
