Ever since finding Paula’s choice products I’ve never looked back. My mom constantly asks me to repurchase for her. I love that their products work well for all skin types. Customer service is on point! Shout out to Briana for coming through for me when I had delivery issues! My face has been acne free, and extremely smooth from using that BHA, holy grail I tell you! Thank you for making such excellent products. I’ve upgraded in life, I’m a physician now and can start splurging on some of those serums I’ve been eyeing since like 7 years ago. lol.
Paula's Choice reps are knowledgeable, clear, and quick to respond. The products themselves are noticeably effective, and while I might miss the pretty fragrances of other brands, this is a tiny trade-off for for reasonably priced skincare that is just awesome to use.
I love that Paula's Choice has a great range of truly science-backed products, with a range to suit anyone with any skincare needs, but the thing that makes me sing their praises is always the customer service team. Any time I have needed to talk to someone it has been such a delightful experience, which is such a weird thing to say about customer service, but they are so nice, understanding, and knowledgable, that immediately after I want to talk to anyone I know about the brand.

When I had a slight mix up with the order, a Paula’s choice rep was very quick to fix it. Amazing service, amazing products. When I’m a bit slack on ordering and I run out of products- my acne creeps back very quickly. This is the only thing at a reasonable price that I will buy!

There was an issue with a delayed shipment to Canada - I finally connected with the help centre through the online Chat and got Lexi. She was super helpful and even sent me follow-up information and a credit to my account. The issue has been resolved and I am super happy.

I had a skin consult with Katelyn and she was super supportive and gave recommendations for the issues I had with a clear and concise response. Paula's Choice has been the only product line that actually works with my skin and it's worth the price.
They sent an e-mail stating that sometimes, products are deemed delivered before they are actually delivered. What kind of business does that? It has been six hours and still no delivery. I am sure my credit card paid them faster than that. Poor customer service.
I made a purchase maybe late May and things came by mid June. This would have been my first experience to note… I didn’t need to open right away since I didn’t need the product ms until I finished using out the skin care products from my previous regimen with a competitive brand, I opened my box around July to find a chemical mess, broken glass and a chunk of my lost funds in a unpleasant pie inside. I reached out to what I would say is the most disrespectful customer service navigator outside of if I were to need a so called expert to assist with robbing pockets, you can get the “best” assistance until you have already spent your money. I followed the prompts to have my concern sent to someone and they will reach out to me. Well they PC DID REACH OUT! Only to ask how was my conversation with some Kim person and I left a review and commented that I never spoken with anyone. Well that was over a month and nothing to follow up. So I tried again following prompts to no avail. $100s of dollars in a drain leading to PC hands.
They're really hit and miss. They have some great skincare items (although it seems like the best ones get formula changes or discontinued?). They also change product packaging a lot which is annoying when you're trying to reorder. Their subscription plan is good and you get about $4 off on each item, so that's a plus if you have an item you always use. My big issue with them is they have a "money back guarantee" but they make you pay for shipping to return, so not really a money back guarantee. I will continue to use them but I never try anything out that's expensive if it doesn't have a trial size or sample to test first.
Great products and a great loyalty program for members. I reached out on the live chat for some advice on 2 products. The help was satisfactory but could have been a lot better.
I've been purchasing from Paula's Choice for more than 20 years. At age 71, I still get lots of compliments on my skin, thanks to Paula's terrific product line. Their customer service is always friendly and helpful. Although prices are fair, Paula's can appear a bit expensive for first-time customers. Taking advantage of their frequent sales and discounts makes their products very affordable and a real bargain in light of their effectiveness.
I have used their products for a couple of years now and they have never let me down. Customer service is also the best!
