I like paulas choice products! They are super nice. Some of them are overpriced in my opinion. I wish they were more affordable. Their shipping is usually very fast though :)

They advertise as 100% Hassle-free Money Back Guarantee. I work in marketing and this is deeply wrong and misleading. If their product gives you a reaction, you will need to spend your own money sending the product back. You will also not be refunded original shipping charges (which is very normal but what is wrong is you can no longer advertise it as 100% Money Back Guarantee, just a Money Back Guarantee) so there is a risk for trying. Additionally, they did not respond to my original email to customer service inquiring about how to return. I ended up calling customer service and the representative sounded young and unprofessional like she did not like her job. I have not had this poor level of customer service in a long time and will no longer use or recommend this brand.
Update: After trying to get in touch with them via email to no avail last week, I received a full refund after posting this review, but I decided to leave this up because their policy information continues to list misleading information. They said they treat reactions differently, however, this was not mentioned during my call with them when I inquired about returning the product that gave me a reaction.
Update 2: I want to correct for the record that I did not receive multiple emails or even an email response from my original email to Paula's Choice. After posting a negative review, I received one email notifying me that they refunded my order. That email did not warrant a response. In refunding my order, they hoped I would change my review. I found it uncouth that they would even request this. This is very dishonest. My problem is not with paying for shipping or anything related to shipping or return costs. My problem is with the misleading verbiage in their policies and their blatant dishonesty which continues to be a theme here.
Update 3: As of December 21st, 2021, 9:30 PM EST, under section Authorization for Returns on Paula's Choice's website, it still states "We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable." The below updated statement is incongruent with what is written on their own website.

I recently chatted with a Paula's Choice representative regarding if it was fine to layer Ultra-Light Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum and Anti-Aging Clear Skin Hydrator with the C25 and Niacinamide Boosters because I was having my reservations due to the Ultra-Light Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum and the Anti-Aging Clear Skin Hydrator containing several Vitamin C and Niacinamide ingredients. She verified my initial thoughts that If I didn't get any irritation then I'd be safe to layer those products. She is very knowledgable and nice; unlike other skincare experts who really are not. I must say that I've had undying love for this company since I discovered them back in 2017 when I was having a bad acne breakout, i mean my pimples were bullet-sized to say the least and the Clear line helped big time! I've been a PC Junkie since then; i mean, nobody, nobody, nobody but Paula's Choice can make a Gel to Cream Cleanser that has 0 irritating ingredients for Oily skin and doesn't clog your pores!!! Love Paula and Paula's choice forever and ever.

I have Paula’s choice for years. BUT since she sold the company I have had major issues with getting product. They are constantly out of stock and can not tell you when they will have it back in stock. I am SO done with that. I am searching for a new line of skin care to go to. Very sad that they have totally ruined the company

Paulas choice is really amazing. I haven’t used all their products but you really need to know how to layer your actives and your skin type. The bha and aha exfoliants are just great for my skin. I have oily skin and my pores have improved ever since using paulas choice. Tbh, I use different cleansers but toners, moisturizers, active ingredients are all paulas choice.
Customer service treats you like you’re not a human. Will send a cold response with no emotion. Frequently out of stock on essential products. Auto replenishment is cancelled with no explanation. It blames you for the cancel but doesn’t tell you what you need to resolve. After research you find product is out of stock. Is it hard to tell me that? Lost a customer.
Edit: took them 5 months to respond to my review and then claimed my review is fake. It isn’t. I sent proof to TP. Now I’m going to make sure I review them accurately everywhere I can find.
My recommendation: stay away from this garbage company that will do anything to look good while screwing their customers.

I've been using Paula's Choice skincare products since they launched years ago. It's the only skincare I use. I was always a fan of Paula's books, so I knew once she created a skincare line it would be genuine, effective, and safe. In her books she taught us what to look for in products and what to look out for. In essence, she educated us in what is real and what is marketing hype, impossible claims in an unregulated market.

I really like Paula’s Choice products but my last order was cancelled so I called to inquire about it. The reason: I ordered too many sunscreens! I believe I ordered 4. I am a mother of 3 teenage daughters and since they are students, I pay for their skincare. So, when a promotion is on, it makes sense to order what I need. Apparently, 1 tube of sunscreen for each lady is too many. This is pathetic. I was told this is bulk buying by the rep. Really?!?! She told me to feel free to make two seperate orders. I’m shocked. Nonsense is what this is. Another pet peeve, they promised to send something special for your birthday so when I didn’t get anything I called. Excuse: Covid. Yeah, nice.

Life-changing products (yup, I am not exaggerating, these had such a positive impact on my skin).
I cannot believe people leaving bad reviews for this company (and...if you look at the negative reviews it's always for silly reasons...).
The products are amazing, I suffer from cistitic acne and eczema and really did not know what else to try (from supermarket brands to Vichy and Clarins, I have tried.them all). It really worked for me and and I cannot recommend this enough to any other cistitic acne sufferers.

I've been with Paula for past 30 years and turned my friends to it too. I trust her brand as well as those she evaluets on Beautypedia. Her customer service is also helpful. Never had a bad product, only of great quality.
Paula's Choice was recommended to me by my esthetician after a facial. (Never heard of it before) My skin is sensitive and combination. Heavy creams made me break out and perfumes/dyes left my face red. (Insert- sorry Lancome) I began using their products and am SO happy! I keep it simple, CALM cleanser, toner and moisturizer with sunscreen. Add acid and an exfoliant for a clean, fresh face. I can't say enough about these products. Happy face!
My parcel was dispatched on 23rd February and still nothing has arrived Royal Mail cannot find anything under the tracking number and I have called Paulas choice ( promised a call back that never came) emailed them and have tried to contact on live chat and nothing so I have paid £40 for no product. Awful.
I HATE PAULA'S CHOICE ADS. I DONT EVEN WEAR MAKEUP. I see your ads in FRENCH, DUTCH, and ENGLISH. I just want to be left alone. I’ve used Paula’s products for many years. She was very interested in the individual ingredients and their chemical effect on skin. I used to use her makeup and loved it but now she concentrates on skincare. These products are well formulated.
