sent for 3/4 head pieces good price bought a few to get rite colour and after speaking on phone told even though there ones that have been on show and in sale can still have full refund if not suitable so service so far very good and delivery was 48hr

I was really impressed with the service here.
I went in for extensions for my wedding hair. I went with very little knowledge about hair extensions or what to expect, but the staff were so helpful! Holly was really professional and matched my hair up straight away. She showed me how to apply the clips to the hair extensions and how to clip them in. I left feeling really happy and will definitely be going back for more!

I visited Pauls Hair world today, nervous because I knew my hair wouldn’t be straight forward to match up and being very particular as I want the hair extensions for my wedding so have to be perfect!
I spoke with Georgina, she just rhymed numbers off of different colours and matched my colour perfectly! She’s good at her job! The shop was busy too and I didn’t feel under any pressure and wasn’t rushed. Staff all get on well and help each other! Really impressed! Thanks Georgina!

Super happy with my experience here! Managed to get a last minute appointment and the hairdresser I had (Didn’t get her name unfortunately) listened to exactly what I wanted, offering great advice and I love my haircut! Excellent value for money and after my bad experiences at other hairdressers i’m happy to say I’ll be back soon to have my colour done too :)

I have been going to Paul’s Hair World, Arndale Centre, Manchester for over 12 months now. The staff are polite and are always on hand to help me find the perfect Remi weave to match my own hair colour.

A big shout out to young Jack in the salon upstairs. He is a true professional with a passion for hair. Jack is a great listener and very understanding. Nothing is to much trouble for him, he is a great lad all round. I have a pleasant experience from start to finish. I really can not recommend him enough. After years of having thin, flat hair Jack recommended 3 rows of the Remi weave, I have never looked back. You have changed my life!

I visited Paul’s Hair World in Manchester Arndale to purchase hair extensions for the first time. I have a very unusual hair colour but Georgina managed to get the exact colour by putting some different packs together. She was so helpful and I’m so happy with the extensions I purchased. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I was searching for a company that offers products for afro hair. I had come across several but most of them ask ridiculous prices. Through a friend I was recommended to check out Paul's Hair World and I am so glad I found it. I have ordered a couple of times now and I couldn't be happier with the service.
The first time I ordered a couple of the items weren't in stock. I was contacted and offered alternatives or a refund for the products that weren't in stock. I chose the refund and within a matter of days I got a refund.
I have to say delivery is very quick and I love the fact that its through tracked mail. You pay shipping & handling but receive updates on your order from both the company as well as the delivery company.

I was in a couple of weeks ago with my daughter. We were both served by Nicole. Nicole was great! she took her time matching us both up, and explained why she was mixing certain colours. She matched us both so we had hair for my daughters wedding day. I have shopped here before and have left a bit unhappy with the service, however Nicole really restored my faith. Nothing was too much, she even got extra colours out when I asked if she thought there was a way of mixing in some extra dark shades. She even apologised for being interrupted by around three or four other staff members who were asking for her help.
My daughter was dreading visiting as hair extensions is something she has never experienced before, however she left feeling confident, due to Nicole spending her time explaining everything in detail and her hair looked stunning on her wedding day last weekend. I will always be asking for Nicole whenever I visit from now on.

I've been going to Paul's for clip ins for years. It doesn't matter which member of staff you see they are all equally knowledgeable about colours. My most recent visit the girl with blonde hair and glasses (sorry didn't get her name) mixed two colours for me to find the perfect red and she even sewed them together to make it easier for me to put the clips on. Couldn't fault this shop in a single way.

Georgina was really helpful and spent time with me to pick the correct and best colour to match my hair.

Everytime i’ve been to Paul’s Hair World i’ve always asked for Polly as she’s extremely polite and helpful. She knows what she’s doing and makes you feel very welcome. Ask for Polly next time you go !!!

Visited Paul's hair world today. And couldn't have been more impressed with the service I received. I wasn't sure on the product I needed so Polly was more than happy to help and show me. Her knowledge and service was incredible. And it didn't stop. My entire time In the store I was helped and show exactly how to use the product I needed. Polly is an asset to your team. And very much deserves recognition.

I have been going to Paul’s hair world for about 7/8 years now for different types of extensions (clip ins/ bonds /weaves etc and have always been happy with the colour match (I have natural hair so it is sometimes hard to match). I always ask to see Chelsea as I have done for years! Her customer service is amazing and she is just brilliant at what she does! Leah

Highly recommend Chelsea. It took me so long to find the right type of extensions and she's an absolute perfectionist. She's quick, affordable and highly skilled. She's really friendly and actually become a friend of mine. Highly recommend her!

Amazing customer service from Martine and Polly today in the Arndale store. Martine came over straight away to ask how she could help, and then explained she was just helping someone but would be over as soon as she could. When she came over she apologised for the wait and went above and beyond to help me find extensions. We had some issues with finding the right colour and that was when Polly came over to help. Between them both they created the perfect blend for me. They were both absolutely lovely and tried tonnes of different colours and brands to help me find the perfect match. Thanks guys! :D
