Excellent service ,came when Paul said they would, the old system was out ( gas boiler and radiators ) and new boiler and rads fitted on day one , by 10 am next day the system was up and running . Paul and staff worked very well on a job which could not have been easy with restricted access in the loft . All mess and rubbish and the old boiler and rads taken away, highly recommended.

Service complete by Paul, after finding via Worcester web site, from initial contact to job completion, effect throughout, and a really nice guy, what more do you need... highly recommended!

Paul really does deserve his great reviews. Such a friendly, knowledgable person. Our boiler was replaced in half a day, leaving no mess and with good instructions on how to use it. Add to this the fact that he’s Worcester certified, giving you the maximum warranty on your installation and you can’t go wrong.

Paul is exceptional; good communication, efficient and excellent work ethic. Him and his team just get on with the job, they are polite, cheerful, turned up on time every day and go the extra mile.

I have used Paul on several occasions and I have found him helpful and responsive. I have been very happy with the quality of his work and service. The jobs have included dealing with a burst pipe, and replacement of radiators and a boiler. I will use him again if/when required.

In such a quick time, he managed to do everything I needed, fitted the new boiler taking out my old one and arranging for it to get collected all on the same day. He’s good for a chat too, and everything is working perfectly

Paul supplied the quotation on the same day I contacted him and having accepted the quote agreed the boiler installation date. He arrived on time 4 days later installed the boiler by early afternoon, demonstrated the system, tidied up and that was that. He was was both pleasant and helpful and obviously completed post installation admin with alacriry as the certificate of registration and warranty arrived from Worcester Bosch 4 days later. I am pleased to say the whole process was simple and quick especially. I am happy to recommend Paul.

Paul was such a superstar! From the initial enquiry to the installation. Communication was second to non and he answered all my questions I had with a professional yet friendly approach. Having no heating or hot water, Paul was incredibly helpful despite being fully booked up, helping resolve the issue within a few hours.

We have struggled to find find a good reliable plumber since we relocated to the Forest of Dean in 2017.
