Appalling customer service
Was sent two Hoka shoes of different sizes. Was told to sort return myself, after numerous emails. Wouldn't refund postage or reply to any messages. Never again

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service after the item I ordered was out of stock due to an error with their system. Quick email to advise of the issue and offer to exchange for another item on the website even offering a small amount of compensation for the inconvenience of not having the item I originally ordered. Order sent out same day and delivered next day. Would highly recommend. Special mention to Steve who I dealt with via emails.

Poor service
Poor service, ordered a pair of running shoes, money taken, then a call a few hours later to say shoes not in stock. Asked when these would be in stock and was told up to 10 working days. Called on the Saturday and asked for a refund as I ordered from Start Fitness. Would not buy from them better off sticking with other online retailers.
