Order for 1 tonne of gravel with delivery due the following week, not received! Told the order had been processed & was on route to central hub & should be delivered within 72 hours, 72 hours nothing! Numerous emails & calls later to be told 7 days after original delivery date it would be with me within another 72 hours, still nothing & no responses to emails or calls. Absolutely disgusting service! I have cancelled the order via email although shock horror no response. To note I didn't realise until after placing my order that this company's email goes through to the same person at Gravelmaster so check out their reviews on Trustpilot & you will run a mile if you have any sense!!!

Really poor experience, paid well over the odds for some aggregates, still no sign of delivery.... no answer to calls/emails etc. Money left my account soon after placing the order. Clearly a business that probably won’t last long if this is how they trade!

Ordered my patio slabs, delivery date confirmed and then nothing. Money has left my account, slabs not delivered when promised and no reposes to emails, phones just ring. If the company has closed, why keep the website up and running taking orders!! Really disappointed, do not use!! I know these are unprecedented times, but this is day light robbery!!
