Cancelled order - No refund

I placed an order with Pawpubby Oct 9th 2025, but changed my mind immediately. I contacted them the same day and got my order cancelled, no problem. Even though no item was ever packed nor shipped, I still have not gotten my money back. More than a month has passed and I have contacted Pawpubby twice and asked about this, with no answer whatsoever (even though I got a fast reply when I wanted to cancel my order). Unserious company!! Would not recommend to anyone.
