I hired Paws en route to assist with a time-sensitive, complex international pet relocation to Cyprus. After a prolonged period of a consistent lack of communication and being essentially ghosted, I finally received a message refusing a refund on the grounds that they had "spent many hours" working on the file.
However, we are still in the absolute initial stages of the process. There have been zero tangible results: no appointments have been secured with the CFIA or a veterinarian, no airline itineraries have been booked, and no concrete documentation has been produced. Their own policy states that refunds depend on how far along the process is, yet they are attempting to pocket my funds for undocumented "internal hours" without a single deliverable to show for it.
If you expect professional tracking, timely communication, and actual progress for the premium fees you pay, look elsewhere. I have had to terminate my contract and am now forced to fight for my money back for services completely unrendered.
Avoid this agency if your pet’s move is critical.
