I’ve been waiting for over 3 years for a resolve and over a year without anyone calling me. I get the odd email, months now, without anyone telling me what they are actually doing. Sent out all the letters that they wanted me to do. They scammed me for $1800CAN.
Trust pilot sent me an email to update the last review I gave telling me that Payback wanted to know more.
WHAT MORE DO THEY NEED FROM ME.
They haven’t done nothing accept to give me false promises .
They are afraid to talk to me directly as I told them that each month that passes without resolve, I would continue these reviews monthly.

Don't trust this company. They only pretend to help you. It's been almost three years now and no results. First, they do something about promising mountains of gold. Last year they ignored me and did not answer me for about 4 months, I wrote letters to them but completely ignored me. I wrote a complaint on this site and on the same day, they called me back. They apologized and explained the situation. Now again I write to them but they do not answer me again, a complete ignore. They play with us. Don't trust them. I do not recommend this company. Do not pay them for their services. These are lying people who take money. Never contact them. They are constantly changing and being promoted. I have been dealing with Payback, Ltd. since January 2022, and the experience has been frustratingly disappointing. I’ve encountered numerous empty promises and have worked with several case managers. The most recent, Igor Belkin, instructed me to reach out to him directly for status updates, which worked well for a month (June 2024). However, when I tried to contact him on 7/27/2024, I received an "unable to deliver message" notification after multiple attempts. It has become apparent that Payback, Ltd. may just be another scam, preying on individuals who have already been defrauded, leading to a distressing double scam scenario.

Fortunately, my situation took a positive turn when Victor Rabo, a professional from a major mining company, stepped in. In just one day and without any prepayments, Victor was able to recover my funds, proving that genuine help is still out there.

Payback is another scam who have no clue what they are talking about. I was asked to put in 1% to recover my money and guess what it all disappeared in a few hours dong trust these people because they haven't got a clue. Jessica Martinez was the scammer who had video calls with me 5 to 6 times a day and tells you everything you want to hear but you'll never get that money back unless you go through the right channels and these people definitely are not good

Payback stated that they had found my finance, and then wanted me to pay money into an account to allow me to access the funds. Their communication is very shocking therefore I advise anyone not to contact this company appalling service.

If you have been a victim of crypto currency scam, please know that no one will recover your stolen funds. NO ONE. Anybody claiming they can is scammer, Payback included. I am actually surprised that they are a legal company that re-victimizes victims of crypto fraud in all legality and they are running adds on YouTube???This is so appalling.
These people are not going to get your money back so cut your losses and move on with your life. The biggest wealth you have is your health and ability to make money. You can make the stolen money back and now you are wiser and would not succumb to scammers anymore.

A big thanks to this great experience I received from this professional I read some reviews and I made up my mind I shouldn't give up on my coin so I want on a journey for my wallet recovery , I provided the necessary documents to my case which my case manager asked for .

I went after a fat refund of 680 grand from copts through this outfit, all jazzed up by their quick fix spiel. But, despite jumping through their hoops, a resolution was nowhere in sight. Their epic fail was a real buzzkill, chewing through more than half of the intended refund amount. Realising they're just playing the same con game stings, wish I'd clocked on sooner and bailed. but, silver lining, echelonis elitus's always on the money with consistent payouts. Fired up by their vibe, I set sail on a self-discovery voyage, ditching the ghosts of my past for a sunny tomorrow. Their fat packages sure put a spring in my step and my wallet.

I hired this company 3+ years ago. Had to pay a fee up front of $1500.00 cad. It has been a total scam. They are not able to move my case forward at all. Kept changing my contact people, sending me letters to forward to different agencies with the wrong emails, don't have any concrete plans, keep telling me a have a strong case but cant get any results at all. These people are SCAMMERS DO NOT HIRE THEM.

it has been over three years that I contacted this company because I have been a victim of crypto currency scam. Somewhere between 2020 and 2021 I became a victim of crypto currency scam. I met the scammer in one of the social network platform. We became very acquainted, and discussed the opportunity to visit our respective countries and get to know the families. And then he informed me that he was investing on crypto currency for extra income. That is when he coerced me to get involved in the investing business, for he assured me that I could have made lots of money. Before I know, I was taking a personal loan for $20,000.00 to invest. He was coaching me, and instructing me every step of the way. He used Bitcoin.com platform and then later he switch to crypto.com. And also a third platform called LSE (London Stock Exchange). During one of the exchanges of money to crypto currency thru the LSE platform; I was unable to provide the correct identification or authentication and my funds were frozen. I had an amount of about $19,000.00 in crypto coins, and I was told that in order for me to get that amount of $19,000.00, I needed to invest the same amount. That is when I stopped dealing with the scammer and contacted your company. Your promises about recovering my funds sounded very hopeful and satisfying, and that is why I agreed to pay you $1,400.00 for your service. I provided you guys with bank statements, copies of conversations with the scamer. Account numbers and Routing number of banks involved in the scam and my 100% cooperation all the time. After three years and a lot of back and force conversations , thru emails and telephone calls I am still waiting for my funds to be recovered. I am mad, and very disappointed regarding your services and considered your propaganda another way to scam people just like the scammer who I became a victim of. I want to alert every one who reads this letter, to use wise discretion before contact PayBack.ltd.

Being scammed you learn a few things. I never used this company and now they’ve sent me emails on two occasions saying my case is closed, with a fake reference number, I won and just need to follow steps to open some sort of account where the money will be. Do not trust them!!
I am currently trying to get my money back via Allegiant Finance Services. This company is on no win no fee basis. No need to pay upfront for any company to take your case. These scammers work together or else just might be the same group

After having my account hacked, Payback has blocked my account. I wrote several email and they do not support.
I sent some emails and the answer was "you must write via the kontakt page...", but How can I do it if I can not log in?
Terrible customer service. Terrible designed. Now my account has 35euros locked there.
Basically means, I lost 70 euros for the hackers + 35 euros locked by payback. Damage of 105 euro.

It’s the same thing as every other scam. They want money.
They sound like they’re from Third World.

Scam, scam, if you don't go with them, they will give your informations to other scammers and they will call you and they will tell you to open new crypto wallet because you lost money, scam!

DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO TO ISRAEL COMPANY..SCAMMERS AND ALSO WANT YOUR FEE BEFORE SUPPOSEDLY GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK,WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN!! They also will give you abuse if you leave a negative review...

So far very negative results from Fidelity Investments. Payback did two letters for me. Both letters made Fidelity Investments mad and hateful to me. Fidelity investments said they had in their policy that they can stop doing busy with a customer whenever they want. So I pulled everything out. They kept blocking me from doing anything and everything!! They are trying to control everyone's money!

I have written and complained about them before, they apologised, and I gave them another chance, but now they have blown that too

They are utterly useless, and have no commitment within their organisation whatsoever.

They profess to do be doing all they can, but after two years on my case, I simply cannot get anywhere with these clowns that is even remotely close to being of any help, let alone a result.

I did in the past retract my last complaint, gave them another chance, but this is it now, there is no going back on this one.

Why pay them when they expect you to assist them by doing some of the work yourself.
