I have sent a request to link my account from FBS to PAYBACKFX my broker has approved my account but till today both my accounts are still pending on the PAYBACKFX website. It has been a month now my broker confirms that the account is linked already. but its status still shows pending.

We reviewed your communication with the broker regarding the IB change.
FBS requested that you close your open trades so they could assign your account under our IB, as this process can only be completed when there are no open trades.
Once you closed all your trades, the broker successfully assigned your account to our IB, and the status of your PAYBACKFX account was immediately updated to 'Approved'.

Big issue
Their support team is not responding and the withdrawal has been pending for more than 5 days.
The support team didn't reply a single of my tickets and emails. It looks like they are ready to collapse and take the money away
Please beware of this rebate platform.

The response from PAYBACKFX below was unsatisfactory. Completely make NO sense. I initially submitted my withdrawal request on July 2, yet there was no reply to my emails, and my request seemed to have been ignored until July 8. On that day, I was informed that there was an issue with my bank details, which is quite frustrating. I have since resubmitted the withdrawal request using a different bank account. I will continue to update everyone on the progress. Thank you for your patience.

Incorrect URL link to verify account to receive rebate
I have been using mypaybackfx for more than 1 year without issue. No problem in getting rebate from PayPal or ERC-20. However, I am not getting the correct URL link to receive my rebate since 3 July. It is not success with my Skrill account.
It is disappointing that the support team did not get back to my email feedback since 4 July 24.
Hope they can rectify the issue and reply personally to me.

Thank you Dylan for following up with me. I manage to submit the withdrawal request on 7 July and got the fund on 8 July 24.

this company still persuits robbing me every single month , besides that they owe me 130 euro that they shorted me of by paying my euro account in dollars ,they also dont send me my comissions rebates every month and if is a smaller ammount they always account that i will not complain or that i will let them steal me ,STAY AWAY FROM THEM THERE ARE OTHER REBATE PROVIDERS, IM ALSO MOVING MY ACCOUNT TO OTHER PROVIDERS

Long time trader here. Started my cooperation with Paybackfx has been an amazing journey for me so far. They provide an amazing service to reward traders, by paying them back almost 100% of their commisions for every single trade they take, which is really crazy tbh. Never in a million years I’d think this would be true. The update on their sistem tracking trades and rebates happens daily, and I haven’t had any problem with withdrawals, two months in a row now, and I have withdrawn all of my commisions for approx. 5 minutes after the request.
