Potential GDPR issues
I attempted to order a mobile phone through Telenor using this company’s service, and the process required access to my personal information, including Skat and bank data. Everything went smoothly until the final step, when the system suddenly failed with the message “you do not have cookies installed” — even though I verified that cookies were properly enabled.
What concerns me most is that, after this failure, there was no clear confirmation that my sensitive data was deleted or even secured according to GDPR standards. I have since formally requested written confirmation that all access to my records has been removed and all data permanently deleted.
Transparency and responsible data handling are essential when dealing with personal financial information, and this experience has left me with serious doubts about the company’s reliability and data protection practices.
