I sent a 41 page document with their cover letter. When I hit send it sent me to a checkout page. At no point did it give me the total cost. Based on their rates it should have been 10 cents per page for 21+ pages. They charged $15.00 to my credit card. This is almost 3 times the cost I should be charged. I have received no confirmation email that the fax is in process. I have received no confirmation that the fax went through. I checked spam email also. I emailed the company with no responses back. Other fax companies send you an email as soon as you hit submit (even free fax companies). I do not recommend this at all and am now having to submit a dispute to my credit card company. Businesses should always show the total cost to be charged during the checkout process. I do not recommend them.
