Not trustworthy.
I have been contacted by this company due to an ER visit. They represent the doctor I saw. I have received texts, emails, and a bill in the mail from them. I have called them more than once to ask why my insurance was not billed. From the first contact they said they are billing my insurance, and would discontinue attempting to collect the amount unless my insurance did not cover the bill. That has not been the case. I have since received emails and bills in the mail. This practice seems deceptive. Getting a medical bill is stressful. Then to realize you're being billed before insurance can pay it is wrong. As though they are hoping to get patients to pay, as well as their insurance companies.
