TERRIBLE SUPPORT. Actually there is no support at all!!!!! They are not responding to email's, because of that I can't finish my activation. Probably PAYMILL are not interesting in customer and I need to choose another credit card provider. TERRIBLE
Customer support completely missing, holding back payouts
Customer support completely missing. I takes more than one month to communicate payout account changes. Seems more like to me they have some cashflow issues and they're understaffed. They're holding our payouts for several weeks and it starts to ruin our business. Even after several emails situation didn't resolved. You get answer after more than one week and it's like "we will find out what's going on".

Absolutely terrible... Customer support is completely missing. I've been waiting for 2 or 3 weeks now for them to set my account up and now they've stopped responding to my e-mails stating that "they have tok mich work now and won't be able to review my request". The whole staff needs sacking...

Waiting for my money since the 15th of July. I am sorry but more than one month??I have sent over 6 emails to different emails and NO RESPONSE IN 2 WEEKS. This is really concerning me if I will ever get to see my €. Not sure who to contact?? I don´t buy neukunde@... email as obviously no response there.

Paymill + my E-commerce store = WIN
I started using Paymill to accept credit card payments for my e-commerce store. The onboarding process was smooth and I managed to have a friendly chat with their support team about the ins and outs of what to expect. We looked at other payment processors but Paymill had the best features compared to other payment processors. Support was more responsive than competitor processors. Pricing is fair and consistent with industry averages. Integration into my ecommerce store was seamless and very easy to achieve. Based on my experience, you can't go wrong with Paymill. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service!
Excellent Service! We had a issue in our magento system and the support team assisted us perfectly! The software dev team assisted us within one hour to find the bug and fixed it! We really like to work together with PayMill since years.
Non-existent customer service. Appalling.
I have to concur with many of the other comments here. Trying to register for Paymill has been an appalling process. It took me ONE MONTH to get a reply to my service request, and even then all I got was a generic email telling me to read their Trust guide, consult their blog and watch a video. They don't even reference any of the material I'd already provided to them. What a joke!
We're six weeks away from launching a significant business in Germany and I wish we'd never got involved with Paymill. I'm seriously considering abandoning the integration process - at the risk of delaying our launch - just so I can go with a company that can actually provide a basic level of customer service.
If you're reading this and don't yet have an account with Paymill, my advice is to avoid them at all costs. Your business is at risk.

Poor service, long and unreasonable application process
It took Paymill 2 working days just to recognise my application.
Then another week to accept my documents and proceed with the application.
When I called them, no matter what number I dialed, the same bloke picked up the phone, be it from technical support or sales. The woman that was in charge of my application was always at meetings and only once called me back as promised. Of course with no answers.
Their bank found my case "complex" because my business is in Luxembourg and my website is in Portuguese. They wanted to know what my target public was and did not accept it when I said '"Anyone that speaks Portuguese and wants to buy my eBook".
Untrained staff and not enough of them. Also bad attitude to international clients. If your business is multilingual, avoid Paymill.
Or just avoid them, period. Their service is truly awful.

They have asked for more and more documentation, take long to answer. I have finally reached the final step and sent the physical documents... 28 days ago. No news since then. We are desperate and about to give up on them. So unproffessional. We are VirtualGallery SL

Hi we have used few card processing systems before but all time have some issues.

I give up
I now wish I read these reviews before attempting to get merchant validation from Paymill. Over a month now and either no replies or further requests for documents and information.
Now everyone is on holiday (email bounce backs) and the customer service number doesn't answer.
I have already wasted tens of hours on this so I will now give up. (For reference PP was installed and working - both sandbox mode and live mode - in an hour on my prestashop site).
Update on 3/3/2015 - 10 days after my last communication from Paymill, and having sent several emails asking for news, I finally got a reply......asking for further documents !!
Paymill invited me to call the service desk, which I did (mid-morning, weekday) and I just got a german speaking answer machine.
Unless Paymill really get their act together I would save your precious time and energy and look elsewhere.
