Customer service couldn’t answer questions. They said would call back by the end of the day. As of Monday 3 days later still no call back.
Sent e mail on Friday am . Got a response but not an answer at 4:51 pm. Sent question to e mail but no reply until Monday morning. So ordered glasses anyway without referral person getting any credit.

Quality at Decent Price
The website was very easy to use and thorough. I like that I was able to try on the glasses. There were plenty of frames to choose from to order as sunglasses. If you know the frame sizes that look best on you and you know your most up currant prescription, you are set to go. My sunglasses are attractive the prescription is correct. I’ve never had prescription sunglasses before and I am very satisfied.

This is my first time ordering from your company. The price is what attracted me, once I receive my sunglasses I will be able to have more of a review. I will say the website is a bit annoying; if you looked at a pair of frames and want to continue shopping, it takes you back to the beginning. You have to scroll through all the frames you previously looked at until you find where you left off.

I been ordered my prescription glasses throu pagne glasses for over 7 yrs ordered at lleast 20pairs of glasses last time was my first time glasses came a little smaller than I expected , I reach out to them and address the issue without Hesitation offered my choice of keeping the old pair for spare or returning with a shipping fee I decided I always need a a spares one for emergency cuz I lost my glasses all the time , so they offer me a 50% replacement code on my next pair so I’m completely happy with that thank you PagneGlasses your the best :))
