The rudest and most unhelpful company we have ever had the misfortune to deal with…

We have had the misfortune to have had to call the helpdesk for this company a couple of times. On both occasions we have been spoken to by the most unhelpful , rude and patronising man. My wife initially called for some advise on how to use the system correctly and was given no helpful advice at all. She called me to tell me that the man was condescending and absolutely no help, I then re called myself thinking maybe she had misunderstood but I too was met with rudeness and a complete lack of any help what so ever , almost like he was doing me a favour by just speaking to me without offering any advise. If I knew where this company's offices were based I would happily take a trip down there to fill the man in myself , RUDE RUDE UNHELPFUL and RUDE avoid this company at all costs

I am in the difficult position of not …

I am in the difficult position of not paying for the services I use. However I don't know how this company survives as the gentleman in the helpdesk is patently in the wrong job as he is neither helpful or knowledgeable on his system. You just have to hope that you get someone else on the helpdesk as they are effective and knowledgeable. When the gentleman was on holiday, I managed to resolve a problem that had been going on for three months and the problem was resolved in three minute thanks to a younger gentleman who answerred the phone. I emailed my compaints about the older gentleman to his superiors and have heard nothing.This is the second time that I have filled in a review and I notice that my review can be sent to Payroo and I will call again and hope I get lucky.

Brilliant Free Payroll Software

We have around 5 employees and use Payroo which is completely free for us to use as it is free if you have between 0-9 employees, I think even if you have more than 9 employees it is only £3 per employee per year. we have used it for years and haven't had any problems what so ever, it is very easy to use and the FAQ's answer almost any query i have. If i can't find it on there i just send an email in which fair play i usually receive a reply on the same day the email was sent. Can't fault it.

Disgusting atitude

I called for assistance regarding a few things I need clarification on when filling out the online registration details. I called 020 8450 7314 @ around 10:00am on the 15/01 and a gentleman answered, and I can honestly say from the moment he answered his attitude was disgraceful, rude and just plain NO customer focus. When I asked questions his approach was very patronising, when I asked for his name he advised that "I cannot tell you that", I asked to speak to a manager and he advised that there wasn't one.

You have to remember here I was in the process of signing up to the service, however, with his attitude "is there a star by it, then don't bother" (it’s the way her said it!) and the way he spoke to me, I really don't feel comfortable giving my details or my business to a company and someone with that disgraceful, rude attitude.
