It's already been late my huge huge Rupees has been stopped by your team. Is this some kind of joke or what, we have raised three ticket for that but then also we are not getting the answer. Do you want us to leave the platform please update ASAP, you are ruining your reputation.

Previously, PayU services were very good. Low service fees and good support.

Now it's just the opposite.
No good app (it redirects to the website). So no use with that.

The website is not mobile friendly. You need a laptop to see the transactions.
Poor customer support services, previously they responded within 2 hours via email.
I opened a ticket on March 18 (IY4088519498), even after a month, no response from them.

Now the website is also down (04/26/2021, 1:00 PM), so now thinking to find another service provider.

Payumoney has deducted money twice and it hasn't reached the merchant too. They are fraud people. Their customer care service is fraud and won't help you at all. Don't use this app.

I have tried to pay for items on an online shop several times and they use the pay U service. Its awful. I gave up after about 10 times of trying to buy an online Christmas gift from Goodearth in India. I cant believe they use a service so bad - it doesn't reflect the shop experience or brand at all. Bad Bad Bad & very disappointing.

I call for assistance from Romania using the contact number from the website.
I wait for 1 hour for someone to answer, in the end after many tries I gave up.
I'm waiting for 3 weeks for a money return and no-one is giving me any kind of information.

This site has no protection like PayPal. I lost my money with a fraud company in India made payment through payu. They do not have a system to protect the customers.

I tried to purchase some philatelic items from epostoffice.gov.in and tried to pay amount INR 364.00 on 15th September 2020 but the transaction failed and they accepted the money. Now it is 7th October 2020 and have not received the refund. Who allowed the PayU to hold our money for such longer period... Do they pay us any interest... No, but they are making illegal capital by holding our money. They are the worst payment gateway I have ever experienced...

worst company.. my account is debit but not credit in merchant account... no any customer care number provided on site..

THIS IS THE WORST SITE, YOU JUST SIMPLY CAN NOT CONTACT THEM. IN MY CASE PAYMENT MADE TO DELHI JAL BOARD, MY ACCOUNT DEBITED, DELHI JAL BOARD DID NOT GET IT. THEY ARE AGAIN ASKING FOR THE PAYMENT. NO BODY IN PAYU TO HELP. I HAVE ALREADY SPENT CLOSE TO 3 HOURS TO CONTACT THEM BUT IN VAIN, I GUESS, I SHALL HAVE TO PAY AGAIN. A VERY BIG FRAUD COMPANY. I DONT KNOW WHY OUR GOVT ALLOWS SUCH COMPANY TO OPERATE. ALL LAWS BEING VIOLATED BY THEM

Worst Service, do not pay any provider you don't know with payumoney they will not help you even you got ditch from service provider anyone can join payumoney and easily earn money justthrough fraud people. so beware.

My money got deducted by this fraud company. One of my customers paid through credit card and this company's app & system is inadequate to capture the transactions correctly. Due to this we have dispatched the goods to the customer but later found that the customer had made short payment. Payu app shows total amount transacted i.e including all fees but fails to show the actual amount.

they have no call support. only email support you will get, so if you face any issue like me, it will take many days to solve.

My money got blocked from the last 2 months. They don't even have a contact number. They raised tickets but no one replies to it. I am going to lodge a police complaint against them.

I was trying to make a purchase online and the only pay option was PayU. I imputed my information and attempted to purchase, "invalid area state" and "your card wasn't charged, something went wrong". I continue to try and purchase and it kept saying the same thing, 3 days later I check my balance and I've been charged 4 TIMES after none of the transactions "worked". I heard that it had insane amounts of fraud issues soon after my attempt, I attempted to get a refund but who knew this sh#t wouldn't allow it. This company is Horse-sh#t.
