Their advert lists what is covered by their Park Home Insurance and even specifically states that Flood cover is included too.
When I contacted them however and quoted my postcode, they said that they couldn’t provide me with any flood cover as part of my insurance because of my location.
Not much use to me living next to a river then.
They need to change their ‘misleading’ advert.

This Park Home insurance company loves to portray itself as a caring professional Broker of Park Home insurance, dedicated to the care of park home resudents insurance needs.
Great at the point of selling their policies, really couldn't do enough for us! But be VERY aware, when it comes to any problems with their Legal Protection policy, administered by ARC Legal, the very arrogant Paul Baker and his team, will simply not want to know your problems!
