Awful service understaffed causing delays
After using PC Conveyancing I made a formal complaint as I have still not received my refund of capital gains tax.
I used their services as they advertise in being clear communicators with professional services. However I find that not to be the case.
The sale of my property was completed in April 2025 however I have not received my capital gains payment refund yet.
When speaking with Igone the solicitor handling the case he said the delay was due to them having too many files to submit.
They received my mod211 in May yet it was not submitted until August 2025 a delay of 3 months which is not acceptable.
There has been no communication advising of the delay and it was only when chasing yesterday that now I find out I have to wait until February 2026 to get my refund from the government.
Clearly they have too many clients and not enough solicitors to submit the works. Im being told they are acting on July's sales now and its end of September!!!!!
