I thought everything was fine but while clicking on to Note I received a message from Microsoft that asked me to accept license agreement and if I did so: YOU CAN USE OFFICE UNTIL SUNDAY, DECEMBER 26, 2021. AFTER THAT DATE MOST FEATURES OF OFFICE WILL BE DISABLED. Is that correct? If not why did I get that message??

cannot get it to load after several attempts. Tried to contact customer service which kept directing me to the 'help' page which isnt helpful. Says they can assist remotely on the ad, but cannot find that anywhere on their website. Lost my money on this scam.

The process was easy. Communication was excellent.
Biggest challenge was removing existing Office files.

Needed both Windows 10 & a version of office. Ended up getting office 2019. Process was quick & easy. Got an email right after purchase that contained all of the information I needed, and from there I was able to download and activate everything without hurdle.

On October 24, 2021, I purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2013 from PC Destination for $59.99 USD. PC Destination did not send me the correct product key and I was unable to use this key for my download. I am looking for a reversal of this charge and refunded back to my Visa card from which I made this purchase. I have sent 3 requests, been on their live chat support for hours at a time and no one has responded to my request. I need my refund ASAP . This seems a fraudulent website.

I ordered this windows 10 for my daughter from my chromebook from my chromebook and they took my $44.97. I went to down load and what they sold me was not compatible from my computer. There is no 24/7 support. This company has been ignoring my request for a refund for 2 months and now my bank Rogue credit union will not reverse the charges because of the time game that pcdestinations has been playing with me. I am a single mom on a fixed income and pcdestination are out and out crooks. I contacted them within days to get a refund and they are playing a game with money I can not give them for nothing. What a terrible crew this is! Karma will get them

Purchased Office 2013 and like the other reviewer got a message saying the Key has been used the maximum amount of times. Tried to contact them, but no replies to emails. So will file a claim with my credit card for a refund.

Its perfect! I just had littles difficulties to activate my key.

Once I found time to activate it, it was relatively easy.
I had to delete my excel 32 bit but everything seems good.

My name is Travis. I bought a 2013 version of Office Pro from PC Destination after a different company failed to help solve a problem. However, I'm far from satisfied with their delay in customer service.

I'm a graphics designer by hobby and use PowerPoint to do many design elements.

The item purchased failed to register as being operable as the license key tied to the purchase was maxed out of times it could be used. I contacted the company with screenshots about the issue as requested. They sent me back an email with re-install instructions, which I followed to the letter, but the result was the same.

The delay has left me feeling frustrated as I wait so I can begin to create new elements. My hope was that they could fix the problem with a new license key, but have yet to get back to me.

Hello the windows 10 pro I bought is not working I have left it on for 5 days now and it says working on updates 30% and there are little balls that spin all around and just keeps on spinning around and nothing is happening I tried to put in in 3 times before I let it spin for 5 days there is some thing wrong with this windows10 pro...when I turn the computer off it says that some thing happened when it was booted up program just wont start up and run write there is a real problem with this windows 10 pro and I am very very upset about this I have had two strokes two heart attacks and cancer just to name a few things and I want some thing don about this problem I paid for it and I want to know what you can do about this?
