I have been responding to the PCH…

I have been responding to the PCH emails to win money and prizes for 11 years and have accumulated more than 2.6 billion tokens. I have won nothing. Now they are demanding that we pay them to get chances to win. PCH has become a scam. I am done with PCH. I suspect this represents a good opportunity for an attorney to bring a class action lawsuit.

I've been playing your games for 2 years

I've been playing your games, doing your tasks, answering your emails since October of 2024. I haven't won a damn thing. The law of mathematical averages says that is statistical impossible unless there is sentient intervention. I worked in IT for a long time and I know how you are perpetrating this scam. Oh, sorry, I did win $10 on Flip and Win, but the email said I won a $10 Amazon card, and all I had to do was enter the code in the box to claim my prize. The code box was empty.

Your adverts say you've awarded 467,000,000 since the early 1960s. If you were legitimate, you would've awarded 10 times that amount.

I have come to the conclusion that you are totally scamming people who are living in desperate situations and you are preying on them. That's devious and unconscionable. Therefore, I want you to remove me from your email lists. Remove my email, phone number, address, etc. Close my profile completely.

You should be ashamed of yourselves for perpetrating such a dastardly disappointment on so many people looking to you to help them get their lives back together. It took me a long time to realize you're no better than the websites that emulate yours. You have the biggest name in the webscam industry, but you should be ashamed of yourselves.

This isn't just sour grapes. 2 years, and $10 that I couldn't even rightfully claim? I'm posting this everywhere I can as a warning. I've seen other posts like the one I'm sending to you now. I know I'm not the only one who has experienced futility and sadness perpetrated by your subtle guile and grifting.

Technical Difficulties

It just happened again. The football when thru the goal posts and up pops "technical difficulties". It occurs frequently when it appears you won. I have been religiously entering PCH for over 20 years. I believe I once received a $10 or $25 Amazon gift certificate. That's it. With the change in ownership there is no longer any contact information. You receive emails that do not give you any opportunities - primarily the 2nd Lotto of the day opportunity. Most often "Oops". Curious who ever wins the New Home? Do they draw every 50 years? Now, the new ownership wants you to pay for entries. Very disappointing. So I believe I understand "technical difficulties". Tell me if I'm wrong.

I had been playing games and entering…

I had been playing games and entering sweeps on Publishers Clearing House for like 3 years...I have also been building up Tokens to use toward entries to win a Ford Bronco and other various vehicles in the past...I had accumulated 536 million tokens over a period of 6 - 8 months...So PCH says 1 entry = 5,000 tokens...Well, I spent all 536 million tokens on entering to win a Ford Bronco and I ended up with 107,000 entries and still I didn't win...So, now I believe that PCH or Publishers Clearing House is just a Huge Scam and that the Cash and Prizes are Not Real...Plus, tried to contact them by email or chat and it won't go thru...I am thru wasting my time with this sham scam of a company...............

After 30+ years of entering PCH

After 30+ years of entering PCH, buying products and subscribing to magazines, the new ownership believes charging for entries is a good idea. I would have rather seen PCH go away, which it surely will if they continue the madness of monthly packages you pay for to simply enter the sweepstakes that has been free to enter my entire life. What sad times we live in now. PCH expects their loyal customers to throw money into a void, never to be seen again. Do better PCH. Go back to selling things. At least I'd be able to look at the thing that parted me with my hard earned money.

Love games, but get rid of surveys

While I like playing the games, the one thing that needs to be fixed is the surveys. Most of the time, when I take one, it cuts off and some surveys are too long. Either get rid of the surveys or put surveys to only earn extra tokens. Who has time to take multiple surveys every single day.

PCH now wants you to pay for websites /…

PCH now wants you to pay for websites / games that don't work as expected. Don't allow you to exit an ad and expect you to wait 2-3 and sometimes 7 minutes for it to complete.
The PCH+ App has many issues. From not awarding weekly entries correctly to games that don't give you a chance to get the Max Score. I max out every app game. Which should give me 89600 (1600 x 7 x 8) entries to each weekly prize. Many glitches in the games. I have thousands of screenshots showing these issues. I have brought these issues to their attention via customer service with nothing getting fixed. Of which, Customer Service, does not exist any longer. Also, you may or may not ever see who wins the weekly prize, if they are awarded.
Ads are TOO long, TOO many clicks (sometimes 5 or 6) to finally exit it. Ads should not be segmented (next clicks). I have a few other issues that I did not address above. Would be nice if they fixed these issues.

Some I would say at least 40% of their advertising just stays on your screen you cannot get out of it. You cannot click out of it. It goes nowhere if you don’t want to continue to play you need to turn your phone off and then start again and then the next one very frustrating. I like playing the games But the people who just bought PCH need to check the integrity of what they’re putting up or people aren’t gonna play it

Fake McAfee ads and virus scanning

I used to play Mahjongg plays until I started to experience unsolicited fake McAfee ads that pretended to scan my computer for viruses and malware. They tell me that my subscription has expired and of course that I have to pay for continued protection. Needless to say my subscription is valid. When running a security check from within McAfee's website it came back with no issues found. A second check with Microsoft Windows Security did not flag anything suspicious either. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission but the issue persists. I confirmed this today when playing again. From what I can tell, PCH does nothing to keep their website safe and instead relegates responsibility by referring you to the FTC website where you can file a complaint.

Virus Infected PCH.COM Games

Every time I play PCH dot com/games, I get a virus coming up. I have sent the screen shots to pch.com customer service email so that they can see exactly what comes up to load a virus and interrupt the game to no avail. They pretend that that email no longer works except someone answers but doesn't rectify the game. BEWARE OF PCH dot COM! You can't send a complaint to customer service online as I don't see a way to copy the virus coming up to the complaint form. I believe PCH dot COM is doing this so they don't have to clean up their act.

Yeah even though there company was token over by new management there app still tend to have a lot of network error problems like connecting on something on the app and app glitches and freezes up from time to time and even rotates from top to bottom that happened to me today and I know it's not my android phone because this only happens on the pch app when I go to play there sweepstakes games on there every app that I have downloaded and been on does not do this kin of stuff I really have issues trying to connect after being put to the infomercial to claim my entries the app freezes up and I tried calling there customer service there number no longer exist out of service and I don't know if emailg them does any good to let them no about the problem and they need to like let more people who have played consistently win something to show there appreciation and gratitude for there persistence and hard work and determination to win something of any kind of prize and instead of winning token should win just entries and do away with the infomercials so you don't have more issues to claim these entries in the app

Big changes in token rewards

Big changes: 50% fewer token prizes when the really needed more; low value prices instead of more higher value prizes...no more computers, trips, Tv's, higher cash, etc. More token required for each item then in the past. NOT AS MUCH INTEREST IN PLAYING
