Dormant company should NOT be trading - SCAM

Moat Tenant or as they refer to us 'customers'
Had a letter saying PCM were coming 4th march because I had had my boiler serviced by Sureserve you up a load of s**t.
Tried to call the number to say I would be at work that day, but no one ever answered. They sent a link via text that did not work so,
I did a bit of digging, allow me to share the facts -
Moat, Sureserve and PCM are all based in dartford kent.
Phoenix Compliancy Management is listed as a dormant company on companys house and have been filing as a dormant company for a decade.
Being a dormant company means - you should not be trading.
Allow the irony to marinate.
Social housing and all the pony companies associated with them are a SCAM. so on the 4th march, I went to work and haven't heard no more about it - my advice is - do not engage with them - do your homework and question what is going on here?

Rude customer service

I spoke to the woman who answered the phone today with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the same. Rude and condescending. Not sure why the attitude as it was PCM that had initially contacted me, not the other way round. Having read these reviews and based on my experience I'm actually glad that they won't rebook my appointment. I don't want them anywhere near my home.

Rude woman on the phone

Simply called up to book an appointment and met with an incredibly rude and condescending woman on the phone. Reading the other reviews on here and on google, it seems to be the same one. Clearly does not have a clue on her own company's communications but thinks it's ok to condescend customers. Imagine having this woman fronting phones for your company. No basic manners for something as simple as booking appointments

Discussed backwards rude people won’t…

Discussed backwards rude people won’t even introduce themselves trying to separate themselves from the fact that they work for the council and ignoring the fact that you have school runs turning up at your house at the crack of dawn without any prior appointment. Just disgusting services all around what nothing to do with them, I wish I could choose my own contractors.

Didn’t explain anything

Didn’t explain anything, left boiler on even though it should have been turned off. Told my mum boiler was ok to use when it wasn’t. He also wrote that we refused turn off but he never asked or told us it even needed turning it off.

Bent as a nine bob note

Informed me rather rudely that they work for my landlord and they will be making an audit inspection on their behalf on a specified date, no requesting... just statement of intent.
I am my own landlord, they do not work for me. They work for Boxt. It seems to me that they fiddle their audit results in favour of their client. Ignoring obvious failures so they can cherry pick the results. After we were 'randomly selected' we were quickly deselected once they were made aware that the boiler was installed in a questionable way.

This company came to my house this…

This company came to my house this morning to do an audit! Was here 15mins max. Told me I have a hole in my boiler. He should turn it off but won’t want to leave us without hot water and heating! I said will it harm us! He said no as it’s behind the casing! Later that day I hadn’t heard anything. As he left paper to say at risk! So I called up out of hours who then sent someone out within the hour. ! Wow is all I can say absolutely sicking! They cut it straight off no gas to the property! And left paperwork saying actual or suspected co poisoning!!! I’m disgusted and say glad I made that phone call! May explain our headaches lately! And not even have a co alarm either! They have put this down as riddor reportable! And I so will be taking this a hell of a lot further

Rude customer service agent.

I had recieved a text telling me that pcm wanted to visit my home to do a gas audit, nothing in the text indicated who had asked pcm to contact me so I thought I'd give them a call, first off the number that text me you could not ring back on, so I looked them up online, I ring the number it rings for a while then the phone gets answers and hung up straight away, I rung back and a women answers I explained why I was calling she then confirms my address and that I had a appointment tomorrow, I ask her who had asked for this and she confirms my housing association, so that's all fine, I then ask the women why they didnt say in the text who they were contacted me for, she then gets very rude and says why should we do that we dont work for them, I explained I am a pensioner and get scared when I get text like that and worried to let people in my home, she then cuts me off and says do I want the appointment or not? I then ask why I had to search on line for contact details because the number in the text doesn't work, she then says do you think we have people just sitting around the office all day doing nothing just sending and receiving text? I found her tone rude, condescending and very abrupt, I went to ask her what her problem was but before I could she interrupted me again and said that's your appointment bye!!! I have reported her to my housing association, in this day and age we should be making people feel safe in there homes and make sure who we let into them can be easily checked up on, customer service agents are meant to help people not talk down to them and the very last thing they should do is be rude.
