Unprofessional

Allegedly provide a ten week online exercise programme for Parkinson's Disease. I opted to pay weekly. They took the first payment and swamped me with emails, but I couldn't log in to do anything. They acknowledged there was a technical problem. But a week later they took my second payment, continued to send automated emails, but failed to respond to my emails asking what was going on, and then to my email asking for a refund. Had to get my credit card company to block future payments and issue a chargeback to get my money back.
