Impossibility to return an item with Peacoken brand
I ordered a dress on the Peacoken brand website, received it at the beginning of May and paid on delivery. I tried on the dress and it has poor quality, both the fabric and the seams, and it doesn't match the measurements on the website. I immediately contacted the brand via email, requesting instructions on how to return the dress. However, I only got one answer asking what was going on with the item. After several contact attempts by email (more than 5 emails sent) to proceed with the return, I have not received any further information. They have no other way of contact and I don't know how to return the item, although the return policy, described on the website, states that it is possible to return any item within 30 days for free.
I await a written response with instructions for returning the dress and refunding the total amount of 43 euros corresponding to the article.
