Wrong size sent. Returned. No refund despite 5 e mails.
Gave the benefit of the doubt but now most of order missing, no communication and no refund.
Sorry, but products are ok ( I bought more into the backstory of the brand and try to support independent traders) but they’re not good enough to warrant a really poor experience. My advice is to avoid and go to a small business trying to do better. Twice bitten. Owners, if you want to get in touch and resolve, please do.
So, since writing this, I have to say that I have had contact from the owners and hopefully all is resolved. All is well even if it took a while.
Update: 23/11/23. I might have been too optimistic. Still waiting for the order I placed in October. Owner said it was opened and some items removed and would replace asap. Still waiting. 4 more emails. No reply.
