Poor Customer Service
So far, I am not impressed with their customer service. I ordered a pearl bath bomb on April 7th, and I got the shipping confirmation the next day, and had received the product about a week later. So far, so good. The bath bomb was nice, definitely bigger than I thought it would be. Well, I get my ring and it turns out it was not one of the ones shown with the bath bomb I purchased. The ring I received was from their Onyx Druzy collection, when I ordered the Dark Magic Charcoal bath bomb. I ordered it specifically because I would have been happy with any of the advertised rings. I was pretty disappointed when I saw the ring, it wasn't my style and it wasn't what I paid for. I reached out to Laura with customer service, and got a response a couple of days later - I thought maybe I had misunderstood the listing, but she confirmed I received the wrong ring and that they would send me a new ring from the collection I ordered initially. This conversation was on April 17th, and she said they would ship it out ASAP and that I would get an email with the shipping confirmation.
Well, here we are almost two weeks later, and still no shipping confirmation, or any correspondence of any kind. I emailed Laura back on April 22nd to see if they wanted me to send back my incorrect ring, no answer. I emailed her again today, on April 29th to check in and see when I might expect to see my shipping confirmation, so we will see if/when I get a response. I understand the postal service is probably a little slower these days due to the virus, but to not even know if it has been shipped, and to get no responses from the company? I am frustrated because I did not get what I paid for, and now I feel like making it right is not a priority of theirs. Initially, I was really impressed that they responded so quickly and offered to send me a new ring, but now I just consider this a loss, as I do not expect to get the correct ring at this point.
I also find it strange that I cannot seem to find a way to leave a review on their actual website - I feel like that should be an option, but maybe I am missing something? Anyway, I will update if anything changes, but so far I have been really disappointed.
