I bought these for our family vacation... after waiting a loooooong time for them to arrive... and thinking I must have been a victim of a scam... I forgot about them! Then they arrived and they were HORRIBLE! Before I could even open the box... I could smell them. They reek of some kind of chemical. Once I opened them ... I tried them on... and nope.. not happening. They’re like a piece of hard foam and strings attached....
no support. no comfort. not wearing them! I opened the box... and threw them right in the garbage... they didn’t even make it into my house.

I am guilty of not reading the reviews first. I had no idea this company was from China until I placed my order. Shipping was slow and products are cheap. Lesson learned!

I’m sorry so many have had a bad experience with their shoes. I love mine. No issues and so comfortable.

Wish I could give a zero. Sent the wrong size, way too small. I insisted a refund and would not do it. Told me to pay shipping back amd I would get one. Lol. Yeah tight....get screwed twice. Then told me to re-gift then.

I had no idea this was a China based company until I got my shipping confirmation. I plan to refuse the package, so I don't get stuck with return shipping or terrible quality. I ordered as a gift that a friend picked out, and didn't do my research. Unfortunately, I now see all the horrible reviews.

They are a fake! Won’t take back shoes after sending out the wrong size or the wrong shoe.
They have no customer relation ethics. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This company will spam you with text messages! You can't block them because they come from different phone numbers - Never buy anything from them! Awful!!!

Awful and cheap. Came in a plastic wrap, no box and I ordered a size mens US 11 and they were maybe a size 7-8. I contacted through email and they sent me a size chart suggesting i ordered wrong size. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! now the constant text messages about "sales" are non stop.

"Paid by credit cart and took 45+ days to get shoes. They kited my money. When shoes arrived they were sized big like man shoes not men. Refused to correct sizing issue."I send back spend double money no more responses. Scammers scammers. Please don’t order..

Do not buy from this company nor provide them with ANY personal information. The emails and texts never stop!!! Their texts violate US regulations by not providing un “unsubscribe” option and they continually rotate phone numbers so that, even though you’ve blocked one number, the texts just come in in another number.

I ordered a pair of shoes in March 2019, that looked great online. They were poorly made, and plastic, and fell apart after one use. I cut my losses, threw them in recycle bin, and moved on. The WORST part of this purchase is that it is now December, 2019, and I continue to be SPAMMED daily by this company, You try to call the number back to tell them to stop, and, of course, it is a robotext, and no one hears you. You can unsubscribe all you want, but tomorrow, they will text/spam/flood your phone with SPAM from a different number. I have blocked no less than 20 numbers from them..RUN to your LOCAL shoe store, and do not fall prey to this "company"

These "people" keep texting my phone - tried blocking, asking nicely to be removed, "unsubscribed" to something I never subscribed to in the first place! I WOULDN'T BUY A CANCER CURE FROM THESE PESTS!! Minus 10 stars if possible! SIMPLY THE WORST!!!

Should have looked for reviews before buying two pairs. Both supposedly size 13 US. But both too small. One is so small, it must be a size 10 in reality. And returning for refund of a roughly $50 purchase would cost me $65 to ship. The shoes look nice, but too dicey to make it work. I'll end up giving the shoes away.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one for myself and one for my girlfriend. When they arrived I tried mine on and could barely get my foot into them. I wear a 13us and after measuring the shoes the outside dimension is 12" and the inside dimension is 11.25".A true size 11.i contacted Pearlfeet by email and got the same response from them as everyone else here. I measured my girlfriends shoes, size 7, and they were 9.25" outside and 8.5 inside dimension. Totally the reverse of what I was told. I asked them if the Chinese were using an abacus for the measurements. If you order from this company you are on your own!

Order 2 pair of shoes.One black one brown . Never received brown Wrote several letters, over 6 months. Finally they send a blackpair.I send several letters to correct mistake..No response.This has been over a YEAR. Total crooks. Do not order. Dale.

Never received my order. No one ever responded to the emails I sent in regards to my order and asking for a refund.

I ordered size 14US and got at best a 9US. Here is what I got as a reply to Pearlzone customer service;

We put a size chart on the website for each kind of shoes. There might be difference between different kind of shoes in same size. It would be more accurate to choose size according to the size chart based on the length and width of your feet instead of selecting the size you usually wear. If you are sure the size is right and want to return, we will refund you after receiving the package, but the postage should be paid by your side, as the postage would be expensive, what about keeping the shoes and reorder the other one with lower price?  We would like to offer 20% discount for your next order, Is that work for you?

Are you nutz.  Why would I pay shipping that will end up being the price of the shoe.  You guys are a scam and I plan to review you as such.

I actually did receive the shoes I ordered, however, the tops are all stretched out so I have a hard time keeping them on my feet. The worst part is the constant text messages following a purchase with no way to stop them. Would NEVER shop with them again.

Scam! I placed an order on 12/3/19 and as of 12/17/19 it's still awaiting shipping. Now I have a claim with pay pal to get my money back!

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVED A STAR, I ORDERED A PAIR OF WINTER BOOTS 2 MONTHS AGO STILL WAITING ON THEM AND THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR REPLY TO THE EMAILS SENT TO THEM. I'M DISGUSTED. PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
