I was lucky enough to work with Grace when looking for my next role.

Within 24 hours of finding my CV on a job search engine, she had set up 2 interviews for me. She was kind, professional and always had time to talk through anything I needed. I was delighted to receive 2 offers and accepted 1 almost immediately. Grace knew instinctively after our first conversation where I’d be best suited and put me forward for those roles.

My only complaint is that Grace did her job so well I only had the pleasure of speaking with her for about 10 days.
I cannot speak highly enough of Grace, she was truly wonderful!

Grace at pear recruitment was very on the ball with communication which is something a vast majority of recruitment agencies are now lacking, I had no issues with that with Grace, constant communication and very helpful throughout the process eternally grateful for her support

I uploaded my CV early this Monday morning on a recruitment portal. before 9am I had already received a call from Dean at Pear Recruitment. Dean had not only read my cv but during our lengthy telephone conversation he was also able to read me as a person as well as an experienced professional. instead of guiding me to a large number of agents on his books, he instead instinctively knew which Company would suit my needs. he persuaded his client to see me as soon as possible and by Tuesday lunchtime I was being interviewed. Later that same afternoon I was offered a position with the Company and Dean negotiated a great package that suited all parties. I now look forward to starting my new roll in March. I had previously spoken to other Recruitment Companies but I have to say that Dean's vast experience in recruitment and indeed as a former estate agent set him head and shoulders above the others. I enjoyed working with Grace who kept me updated when Charlie was on annual leave and she was just as friendly, helpful and determined to help. My personal thanks goes to Charlie, who was never too busy to take my calls, called me back when he wasn't available and remained positive and upbeat when I didn't get my first role. I've now obtained a new job with a great company and it's all thanks to Charlie and the team.
