Saying it's been shipped, hasn't.
Got an email two weeks ago saying my order has shipped. According to the courier it hasn't even been sent yet and I can't get any response after trying to find out what's going on.
I've placed a couple of orders with you over the years and there's always an issue.

I have made multiple orders through Pecheur, for items not listed for sale in the UK. They always despatch quickly and logistics to the UK take less than two weeks, being handled by Evri on the UK side. They keep me informed, in English of the orders progress and their prices are good! Have no reservation about ordering from them, they are a very professional company.

I was dubious about ordering outside of the U.K but as the product I wanted was not available in the U.K. I had no option.
I can honestly say I had nothing to worry about.
From speaking to the advisor to confirm the offer was in and all tracking through DPD!
Do not be put off by buying from them!

Pecheur would not replace a damaged rod
I paid nearly 300 CHF for a Diawa Saltiga rod that was delivered damaged. I contacted Pecheur immediately and sent them photos as they requested. Their reply was that It was too difficult to offer a replacement or a return and offered 30 CHF compensation off my next purchase.
My advise is not to buy from these if you are a foreign customer.
