Picked up my Giant TCR today from Ben, superb service and definitely worth the long drive from Suffolk to collect it, thank you. I have already recommended Pedal On to a couple of my friends!

Everytime I need something specific for my Scott Spark bike these guys sort me out. Be it mech hangers, cable guides, pivot bearings and bushings etc. The process is simple, no bells or whistles and delivery is very quick. I just received an order which i made yesterday. Really appreciate the simple effective ordering process and website. I will use them every time.

I’ve knocked one star off as the first bike I received from them was faulty but they were quick replacing it and didn’t have any problems with request to change it to a different bike.

Brilliant company - wanted a bike I saw online and called a few times to ask questions about it. Someone answered quickly every time and people I spoke to always knowledgeable and helpful. They saved the bike for me instore and then shipped to me in time for Xmas as I didn't live locally. Arrived next day and they assured me I could return for a different size if needed as long as bike not used outside. Went back a few days later and got a full bike fit with Matt who was v kind, patient and helpful. And got a fantastic bike, high spec on a good deal. Extremely pleased and will use again.

If I could give 6 stars I would. I initially dealt with Adrian in the purchase of my TCR . Adrian was fantastic at making sure the whole process was completed smoothly and efficiently with clear and constant updates. Unfortunately due to my own error I had to return to the store to get a new part replaced. Matt was there to help this time and was an absolute superstar in sorting my issue promptly and being so knowledgeable putting my mind at ease. Pedalon were recommended to me because of their excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them myself to all of my cycling buddies.
