I bought a wand on Friday. There is nothing in the manual that says it should be stored in its own bag/may scratch easily and whilst travelling on Saturday it was in my washbag and is now very scratched. I reached out to their support team who have essentially fobbed me off and said to contact my local optician where I bought it. I will do this as they have always been very helpful but really if you don’t tell people that the wand is fragile and will scratch easily you should provide a replacement.

Just received the wand
the box clearly says do not open this box until you have read the contraindications. I wrote to the company to see what the contraindications are ;who should Not use the product? they responded. It’s in the manual. Well, the manual is in the box.
Then they said the list of contraindications is on the website. Well, I couldn’t find that either. This is way too difficult. I’m not taking any chances with something I’m putting on my eye. I’m sending it back.

Great idea for dry eyes as it makes treatment easier and more convenient than having to microwave an eye mask. However my first wand was faulty and had to be replaced and now the replacement wand has a manufacturing fault making it problematic to use. So in 13 months I have had two wands but the company refuse to replace even though I should have had a new warranty with the replacement. This is simply not good enough for the price so I would advise to avoid purchasing this as very low quality for the price tag

I've tried all of Peep Club's products and I'm obsessed with the whole collection!! Each product is so beautifully and thoughtfully made, with only natural, eye-friendly ingredients. The Instant Relief Eye Spay is like magic in a bottle if you get dry, itchy eyes (my husband is a contact lense wearer and he finds it so much better than drops). The Soothing Coconut Eye Balm Wipes are also amazing for melting off waterproof makeup, and super convenient to bring in your travel bag too. My favourite product has to be the Heated Eye Wand LED+ - it's sooo relaxing to use, like a hot stone massage for your eyes. I use it in the evenings with the Coconut Balm to de-puff around my eyes, keep them hydrated, and help lymphatic drainage - it genuinely works!

I travel a lot and peep club products have been a life saver - particularly the instant relief eye spray. The lid and lash spray is a new addition for me which I’m really enjoying having always avoided things that claim to enhance eyelash growth for fear of there being harsh chemicals.
The fact that the products are developed by and wish optometrists makes me feel comfortable confident using them on such a delicate part of my body.

The best eye remover I have ever used - I started wearing mascara again because of the coconut eye balm. I have recently started using the lid stick too and loving it so far! I hope they launch more products!

I would highly recommend the wand to anyone who has dry or sensitive eyes. I've seen a noticeable difference in my dry eyes feeling less irritated and an added perk is the reduction of my dark under eye circles.

I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Peep Club. Having suffered with dry eyes and not finding a product that helped previously, I can across Peep Club.
Every product is clearly made with excellent thought and scientific rigor, and it shows - they have worked fantastically. My eyes have never felt better, I can now wake up in the morning without that awful sensation and enjoy my day.

Really impressed with Peep Club. The products are beautifully made, effective and feel like they’ve been created with real care and expertise. A fantastic UK brand with a strong focus on quality- I’d definitely recommend particularly the instant eye relief spray, the best! Just started taking the supplements so excited to see the results!

I love this whole brand. I subscribe to the coconut eye balm, lid and lash Spray and the eye spray and I also have the wand. Plus, I’ve just started their new dry eye supplements. As someone who has dry eyes this is a must use brand!

As a person who gets a lot of styes - I have loved using Peep Clubs instant eye spray. It has really help and highly recommended.

I wanted to try a couple of the products from Peep Club eye products and I made was what I thought was a one-time purchase, After I clicked on the pay button there was a disclaimer that popped up as I was pushing the button to purchase. It said by doing this you agree to a subscription service. I feel like I was forced into this and I feel like it's very deceitful.

I suffer from dry eyes, particularly at night. Very pleased with this wand and it has made a difference. I use xailin or hycosan night eye ointment and put a little on my eyelids as well and then use the wand. Taken me a while to work out what’s best but Im sleeping well and my eyes aren’t waking me up much at all. Very pleased.

Nothing from my optician to mention that the wand contains nickel - which I am allergic too.
I experienced an allergic reaction on the two occasions I used it. My eyelids and under eye area became swollen and painful...

I simply don't understand why there are so many negative reviews for this wonderful eye wand! My optician recommended it to me to help manage my blepharitis, and I have to say that it's a great little product. It definitely does heat up in 1 minute, and I have not experienced any charging issues whatsoever.

As for their Customer Service, I can only speak as I find, and my query was handled super efficiently in terms of resolving my query, and most especially regarding speedy, polite and positive communications.

When I read these reviews I just could not relate to them, and I can only assume these people must have been dealing with a completely different Team than the ones I have just been talking to.

So, my advice to anyone wishing to try this product is buy with confidence - I love this wand, and if you have a problem reach out to their customer services team whom I can unreservedly recommend.

I am genuinely sorry for those that have not had the positive experience I have, but I LOVE THIS HEATED WAND!!! Thanks to all at PeepClub!

Bought the wand a couple of weeks ago to try treating with my dry eye condition. Having used it pretty consistently since then, it doesn't seem to have made any difference. I even bought the coconut balm as my optician seemed to rave about this. The balm just seems to aggravate my eye further. Overall, I'd avoid this product as a dry eye treatment.

I used the Peep Club Wand a few times on my under-eye and upper eyelid, and it caused more puffiness for me instead of reducing it.

I ordered 10 days ago and have received no product, no notice of shipment, and no update.
I have asked for a refund. I believe this is a scam

Buyer beware. My order was placed on December 3. Not yet shipped and no one at the company responds to emails. There is no phone number to call for customer service.

I believe I was lied to by the marketing representative handling their Instagram social media. They told me the package would be shipped out to me over the weekend. As of this AM, order status still says “Preparing shipment”, and they have provided no explanation for the further delay. Their website said the order would arrive in 5 to 8 days, and also says they respond "in person" to emails within 48 hours. Nope... completely false advertising.

My optometrist recommended this product for my severe dry eye syndrome due to celiac disease. I’m pretty desperate and in pain. Was hoping to have this in hand by now. I’m seeing quite a few reviews online about others having placed orders with no product received after weeks gone by. Even one reviewer who was accidentally cc’d on an internal email that expressed no concern over the lack of product fulfillment.
