I emailed this company, but no response, then I bought two items with PayPal after a day they refunded me without advice me, finally it's my first time buying and I don't recommend them, disappointed.

Awesome Guys thank you so much for help over the last few months since I have gotten back into RC Cars with my Son, we love the Arrma Senton 3S, Kraton EXB and Losi DB Pro, I can't praise these guys up enough. Very pleased with service and helpful advice enabling me to complete a successful 1/4 scale Balsa USA project.

Great site and very quick turn around on my order ( ordered at 3:45pm and delivered 10:05am next morning.

Model arrived next day but was damaged by courier ( wing broken), emailed and rang next day, Tony really friendly and understanding offered to replace. However took a further week before I got a replacement, partly due to easter break, partly due to them selling the replacement to somebody else!
Overall though happy with service and would use them again.

I placed my order for Dubro Cub wheels on Friday night had an email on Saturday they had been posted and they arrived Monday morning.
No nonsense good fast service!
This has been the case every time I have used Pegasus Models.

A company that has 95% of what ones needs and very Helpful with knowledge on equipment to use.

Placing an order on line with PM is easy and fast. Email notification is almost immediate. Follow up emails informing that the items have been picked and shipped help a great deal particularly if it is a signed for delivery.
It is a pity that there are a lot of items on 'back order' especially petrol FS engines and large scale models
All my orders to date have arrived with a day of ordering

Just purchased a racing quad and being a beginner I had lots of questions and needed lots of advise. The staff were amazing and taught me a lot and were incredibly patient. I really can't recommend these guys enough.

BUT
Paypal supplied correct Post Code with an address 7 years old. They said it often happened to them!!
Post office obviously do not use the post code for delivery, just used the address - fortunately the current address owner knew where we lived

Good selection of Raptor 60/90 parts as well as good, responsive customer service. Although I live in the US, shipment from the UK was as quick as I could reasonably expect at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely do business with Pegasus Models again.

Stripped a gear in a servo, ordered 2pm, arrived next morning! Can't get better than that....!

This company has an excellent range of canopies for RC model aircraft. Some of the pictures are rather ambiguous, in particular the SIG range of Universal Clear Canopies that show two different styles at various sizes. Other sites selling SIG canopies, displaying the exact same picture, clarify matters by telling the customer which style of canopy the price and part number refers to. However, a quick phone call clarified the situation and I ordered the style I wanted. The canopies I ordered arrive promptly and safely. I was very pleased with the speed of service and friendly demeanour of the member of staff I spoke to.

Pegasus models are my local hobby shop, me and a few friends are always buying models and parts from them (Crash repairs mostly). Their service is pretty good however after 4 weeks after placing an order for a replacement part i was forced to buy online. Apart from this one problem order everything is great.

They are pretty helpful although one chap (one with the very bad mullet) doesnt seem to be as into the hobby as much as his peers. When asked if there were any local clubs or spots to fly he replied as if i was talking klingon.

Apart from the one mongo and ongoing order, id highly recommend them.

Their website is pretty awful and difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for. However, the staff are enthuisiastic, service was fast and I got what I wanted in only a few days.
