Poor customer service response & waste of product

So we had brought peg perego prima chair at a baby show pre birth if my son. At 6months and 2 weeks we started weaning the first few days all was okay although sloting in the table to the chair was awkward. But then the spring in the table was fault and one arm rotates to get in the chair and lock and then you press the lever again for it to twist ans take out it kept jamming causing us to repeatedly do this until we could release which meant our son was stuck in as the gap to come out ia restricted.i emailed and had a new one sent.
However this was worse and to a point the twisting mecganism doesnt work and its stuck in a straight up position meaning it slides in and out but doesnt twist to lock. My sons hands have been bent back when its gonw forward and we have tried to stop all the cup and food falling if and its bounced back! It is also just unsuabke so £149 product and our son is now 10 months and we had problems after week one and ever since. If i were a parent although its nice looking a cheap ikea one would do the trick less money easier to clean and cant go faulty with risk of hurting your child or them getting stuck until you can release. I qlwould guess we would have to break the chair if it was fully stuck and didnt release at all

I've been complaining about the frame…

I've been complaining about the frame with the customer service since we got it (we have the agio Z4) Now that I just started using it as double stroller, it was impossible to handle and the frame broke, jeopardizing the safety of my children. The customer service finally agreed on sending me a new frame. But I have to pay $30 of shipping, after everything mentioned above. Pretty disappointed.

Pushchair is usless dont buy it

Just got a new born, bought a peg prego, was a huge mistake.
Made by plastic, poor quality.
Got 4 kids now and this is the most difficult and usless pushchair I ever had.
Very difficult to put together , put in the car is impossible because of the clueless engenering, seatbelt dosent enough long to get the chair around , the holding base is usless because you need still use the belt to fit the base and chair too...so whats the point?
This is a really bad made pushchair with useless accessories.
DO NOT BUY ANY PEG PREGO PRODUCT!

Poor service

Bought years ago a Peg perego gaucho hi torque jeep for my son. Today I wanted to fix this very expensive toy.

I wrote to the manufacturer who advised me, that they have no parts or even a wiring diagram.

Think twice about buying these expensive items as once they fail (and they will) you are stuffed.

The manufacturer appears only interested in selling you more stuff.
