Way too expensive

Just to be clear, I have not parked with this company, I am commenting purely on price.
I am doing a four night cruise with Cunard in 8 months time, parking is not included so thought I would check my parking options. CPS are my usual go-to, their price was £91. I was stunned to get a price from Penguin of £108 for their basic service or £129 with transfer to the terminal. I think I know who I will be using!!

Having relied on Penguin for numerous years and trips because of their affordable rates and excellent service, we recently switched to CPS and Dolphin following a sudden and substantial price increase from Penguin. We explored other options and discovered many cost-effective and equally efficient alternatives.

Highly recommend Penguin Parking!

From the moment we called, we had excellent customer service, and on arrival in Southampton all the staff that dealt with us were friendly, professional and helpful. We had a quick transfer to the port, and on arrival back into Southampton, again everything was efficient and friendly. We would highly recommend Penguin Parking!

Excellent Cruise Parking

Used Penguin for our recent 14 night cruise. We were very impressed. The driver, Pat, assisted unloading our vehicle, then drove us the short distance to the terminal. On our return we texted Penguin in advance, to advise our time of disembarkment. Once in the terminal, we telephoned Penguin and the minibus was waiting to pick us up by the time we had walked to the pick-up point. Pat drove us right up to our car and again assisted with our luggage. Brilliant service and very pleasant staff. Highly recommended.

Sky high prices

After using Penguin for many years and cruises, due to their cheaper price and good service, we decided to change to CPS and Dolphin after Penguin literally doubled their prices overnight. So we looked around and found plenty of cheaper, equally effecient options.

Excellent Service

We used Penguin Parking for the first time whilst taking a ten day cruise from Southampton on Ventura. The service provided was excellent, from the welcome at the gate to the minibus transfers. We were given instructions to follow on our return, and the minibus arrived within five minutes of our telephone call. Our car was exactly as we left it, and our luggage was unloaded next to the car. An excellent service from start to finish, we will certainly use them again.

Excellent service

Booked and paid for parking months ago, so decided to phone for confirmation two days prior to travelling. Parking confirmed. I then ask them about me making my way to the ship by foot.
“No Sir, we take you. Bring you car and luggage, and we run you round to the ship,”
This occurred as described.
On return, they asked for a text sent the day before with estimate of disembarkation time, plus then phone the office having disembarked. However, having disembarked, I saw their driver picking up other passengers, and after introducing our selves, he phoned, and then added us to his other passengers. Excellent courteous service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely shocking customer service by Helen. I emailed to say that i going to have to cancel but would i get any refund, they emailed back to say no then emailed to say that they had just cancelled it anyway and id lost my money. I said that if it couldnt be resolved somehow and reinstated then i would speak to the bank. Helen then got quite nasty and just talked over me and told me that she wasnt being bribed. Went off to check something and came back and said no if she did anything she was giving in to bribes!!!!!!!!!!!! £75 for 2 days parking they have had. Whatever you do then DO NOT book with these they are a cowboy outfit
