I actually tend to like your games, 777 streak megacharged to be specific. Your newer gem game is great too. However, there is an obvious issue with your games with increasing jackpot multipliers. If you don't get them for long enough, they become extremely hard to hit, and the game becomes stagnant/dead.

I won money on the jackpot hunt feature on one of the penguin king games while playing on coin poker and it never actually paid me and I can't seem to receive any help for the issue! This has never happened before and im really unhappy because it was a decent amount for once! What's most upsetting for me now is how they refuse to address the issue. I can't even get them to respond to me with direct complaint filed or by providing them with a bad review. You would think that if they were an integral and legit provider they would be on top of issue handling and would be making an attempt at changing the way individuals review their brand... I logged onto the platform today where my issue occured with penguin king and their games are now no where to be found?... Did they decide to stop providing the games or did my platform cut them cuz of too much shit like this? 🤔

Terrible game. Crown tends to run a special with games they know wont hit. A bs jackpot chance if you play certain games and everyone one is a Penguin King game. I dumped 300 into a game and nothing. Its almost as bad as that 3 acorn games or whatever they are called.

Your games suck your 5x boosts are a joke and so are your "bonus" rounds over 1000 in a game and won 9 from your bonus round learn how to code effing joke

With only one review, I still wish I had read it before playing. Had 22 SC and decided on crack and smash the piggy bank which I have done well on before, can't reflect of it was a wk end or not.

Anyhow I spun my 22 SC down to nothing trying to trigger the bonus to no avail, Christ I spun the whole time at .20 a spin. Way more than 100 spins. Like a dumb ass I could have bought the bonus twice for $10.00 each at .20. I gotta agree with the other review. Wish I knew when I started playing what I know now. Sure reinforces my belief and advice to always check reviews before committing.

I'll be checking more game providers from here on out.

I'm rating this two stars due to the fact that on the weekends I've noticed that any game by this game maker does not pay out in comparison to during the week for example I spent over $300 on spins of .20 and .40 cents across several social Casino providers no matter what social Casino I play on it would never give one bonus it would give line hits at 40% of what you put in so be aware do not play penguin King games anytime during the weekend for it does not pay out and I have found this out over a period of many weeks I'm just trying to save you some money and not lose like I did but play it during the week it will pay but during the weekends it will not pay out a bonus is lightning striking during the week they hit frequently so stay away on the weekends play on the weekdays penguin King bad choice for weekend to play no matter what social Casino platform you're on these games by this provider will not pay out no matter where you play on a weekend have a wonderful gaming experience hope I saved you some money
