The villa Manager was very cooperative and friendly. We loved the location of the Villa, 5mins away from the Yalikavak Marina. The Villa itself was nice and clean and I would like to thank Annie for suggesting this villa to us! Hopefully we will come back next summer.

This is the first time we deal with peninsula villas and it would not be the last. Highly professional services from booking till checkout. We stayed at Palm villa and we loved everything about it especially the spectacular views. Many thanks to Ian, Annie, and Hurdem for making our vacation remarkable.

Fantastic sea views with wonderful sunsets. It’s an extremely comfortable and well appointed villa with a lovely pool and gardens.
Annie and Ian from Peninsula Villas could not be more helpful, they gave us lots of information about the area and some great restaurant recommendations.

When planning a holiday that includes renting a house, finding a trustworthy rental agent is paramount to the overall experience and I was lucky enough to have found Annie and Ian from Peninsula Villas. They are the best at what they do and everything ran smoothly thanks to them. They are approachable, informative and always available to answer all questions related to the Villa and/or the region. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone going to Bodrum and I'm sure that if I decide to go back I'll be using their service again. I would also like to compliment both Ali and Karishma -villa manager and concierge, respectively- on the superb service they provided throughout our stay, always available but never over the top or too intrusive. This will definitely be a holiday to remember and mostly because of the great service providers we had. Btw, Villa Sophia was amazing and very well located with breathtaking views of Yalikavak.

Yes Annie was very helpful with the booking and made it a personal service which was great. We stayed at East of Aaegan Villa which I couldn’t fault at all and I like really nice places to stay. It was spotless and the pool was great. The villa is not over looked and very private. It’s on a gated complex and very quiet and secure. About ten minutes drive into the centre of Yalikavak. Charley who manages the villa is really friendly and helpful if you need any advice. She meet up at the villa although we got there late which was very nice of her.

Annie from Peninsula Villas was so helpful and friendly. She took on board what we needed (having been let down by our Time Share) and gave some great suggestions. She was always on her email to advise with every query we had. Arranged airport pick-up etc. Suggested using local buses rather than hiring a car - a great tip! We would highly recommend Peninsula Villas.
Hidden Garden was beautiful. We spent two weeks in this secluded villa with a stunning pool. It was a haven from the busy town of Turgetreis. Full of lovely plants and fruit trees. James (Villa owner) was always on hand to help with any query.

I had a very relaxing holiday in the Nest villa- such a good accommodation - spacious villa, clean, with everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Ian & Annie are the perfect concierge, resolving all my demands and helping me out with Bodrum recomandation.
Better than staying at a hotel. Highly recommended

We rented a villa with Peninsula Villas this year and the experience was just amazing.

We found Peninsula Villas to be credible, trustworthy and professional. We dealt with Ian and Anny who were friendly, professional and accommodating to our needs.

The villa we stayed in Villa Zeytin was just amazing. A combination of great design, space, great view and perfect location. The villa was well maintained and included ensuring we needed.

Special thanks goes to Allan our villa guest manager who ensured we received all attention and support during our stay making it just perfect.

Our 3rd visit to Hidden Garden Villa and the pool, beautiful garden and hence, privacy, is what we cherish most. This holiday was an extremely last minute booking. So last minute that I phone Annie on a Saturday having landed at Bodrum airport with a family of 4 and nowhere to stay! Within less than an hour, we were on our way to our villa whilst the Villa Manager was preparing it for us. The odds of that happening are extremely low, and I will forever be grateful for how accommodating and professional the whole team was. It was a dream experience!

East of Aegean is a stunning villa that couldn’t be in a better location. It’s easily accessible, modern and has a spacious layout with each room having a private bathroom. Carley, the villa manager on the ground did everything and anything she could to make our stay enjoyable and went out of her way to help us with restaurant orders, barbecue supplies, groceries etc

We’ve loved everything about Peninsula Villas and East of Aegean, and will be back for many years to come!

They really listen to what I want from my holiday and have always found me superb accommodation. This was my 2nd stay at Villa Mon Reve and it was even better than last time. Some of the furniture and fittings had been upgraded, making it even more comfortable than it was on my first visit. As the owner of a rental villa in Yalikavak/Bodrum for the past 7 years, I have been very satisfied with PVB as my exclusive rental agent over this period and was quite surprised to see an odd 1* review, contrasting strongly with PVB's 100+ 5* reviews. Annie and Ian of PVB are passionate about providing a top-quality service to both rental guests and owners, and they have demonstrated rental after rental that they have the work ethic, the sense for detail, and the professional experience to deliver it consistently. I have had several dozen very satisfied rental guests with PVB, including a number of repeat guests, and have seen firsthand the firm's ability to handle even delicate situations such as furniture damage by guests fairly, courteously and effectively. I have learned to trust PVB as I know both my house and guests will be in good hands and will benefit from their full attention (they are responsive almost 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) and highly competent service. I therefore give PVB without hesitation a well-deserved 5* rating.

It all looked great on paper but was not as good.We stayed at Belle Vue and the house itself and the views were great. However, wi fi, although advertised as available, in reality was not available most of the time. When it worked it was only from one spot with one bar. It also was not actually our own wi fi but we were asked to use another villa's wifi which explains why it was very weak and mostly unavailable. ON arrival although we were offered a pick up, we were asked to make our own way with two tired children in tow and had to insist being picked up.That was not a great start as it was offered and agreed. There was a lot more admin and email traffic regarding one two weeks rental. We rent a villa in Bodrum every summer, ever other property we rented over the years did not demand as much time on the admin and was easy and quick. With some reason this one certainly was not. We were given an explanation about the regulations changing but we know they have not changed from the previous time.For all that extra hustle the price was much higher than the others we rented as well. We tried to forget all these to have a good time but we will certainly not be renting again through Peninsula Villas.

Our recent stay at Villa Mied, Gumuskaya, Yalikavak, was incredible.
The location was stunning with sea views and wonderful sunsets. The villa itself was beautifully designed, and the private pool and outdoor space were perfect for relaxation and talking in some rays.
The amenities were superb, home from home, making it an ideal choice for an amazing and memorable stay
