Don't Buy Pentel Mattehop pens - don't last

Recently bought some Pentel Mattehop pens from Rymans - they had some great colours. However, the nibs dry up really quickly, even when you're continually writing, meaning you have to scribble somewhere to get the ink flowing again. But the worst bit is that there's barely any ink in them - each pen so far has only lasted 2 days at work before it stops working completely. I reached out to Pentel on 2nd November & they've completely ignored me. Terrible pens & terrible customer service.

Buying from Pentel went well.

Buying from Pentel is always simple. I've deducted a star because they add in a 'free' ruler. I don't want 'free' items added to my order because they might simply become junk and pollution. As it happens i would elect to have one of these free rulers but i would like to be given the choice to have it or not.
