Great overall experience
I’ve completed a few different projects for People for Research and have had a great experience. I like that their application questions are generally a lot shorter than some other companies I’ve used in the past. It can take many applications for you to be picked, however this is just the nature of market research and was the same with other companies I’ve applied with in the past. Rewards are fair and paid out pretty soon after the project completes.

Really enjoy interacting with PfR. They take the trouble to get to know you and make sure that the surveys are always relevant to you. Never had an issue of being put forward for surveys that aren’t right for me or the client as PfR make sure I’m thoroughly appraised in advance. Never had an issue with remuneration either so thanks.

I have now completed a couple of surveys for People for Reserch. The surveys are very intresting and quite varied.
Emails phone calls are very clear on what the surveys are about, where you need to go and reminders of dates.
Every one I have spoken to are very friendly.

The communication was great
The communication was great, I got reminders and the researcher reached out before the session to check everything was ok. The research was with my 14 yo and they took great care in making him comfortable during the session.

Interesting range of paid opportunities…
Interesting range of paid opportunities to participate in different sorts of consumer and official research. I just took part in an interview about how to improve the letter that DWP send to people about the Winter Fuel Payment. You can apply for many different opportunities but you aren't selected for all of them - depends on how your profile fits against the target demographic for each individual study. Payment varies depending on researcher and amount of time you have to give. Up to an hour for online interviews or surveys is common - usually around £50 or so.

This was in interesting area of research and the interviewer was well informed and skillful in handling the discussion which was also informative.The process was well set up reminders sent and the Zoom link worked without problems. A little bit more information about how to access it would have been helpful for someone who is not a regular user of the platform.

I had a great experience with PFR. The research sessions are always interesting, engaging, and well organised, making it enjoyable to take part. Payments are processed promptly, which is always appreciated and shows how professional they are.
