The worst moving experience with irresponsible movers that don't consider that they are entering someone's else. They don't understand that ppl don't want to do extra work and they make customers do just that. They don't wrap furniture carefully and then give excuses for not wrapping and putting the furniture at risk of damage and dirt. They don't ask what you want and just start moving things and then tell you that you are not letting them move when in actuality they are not able to do the job and make excuses for their poor behaviour. They don't take accountability and responsibility for their mistakes as others have mentioned and just blame the customer back for their poor service. Would not ever recommend or trust this company to handle moves as they don't understand their customers and even worse, don't LISTEN to what customers are saying and instead just blame them for their mistakes. ASK before you do, simple courtesy that was not even listened to. Then they quit as they give excuses for their poor behaviour.
