Really poor experience

Really poor experience, giftcards don’t load for days. If you don’t use your cashback they take it from you. Rates have got worse, they blame the retailers but it looks like they are just taking bigger cuts for themselves as better rates are easily found elsewhere

Transferred £200 onto a John Lewis gift…

Transferred £200 onto a John Lewis gift card which is already activated. This was 26/4. As of today 4/5 nothing added to card. Two calls to customer services and despite promises no returned calls.
Will take up with credit card company…. Customer service inept and will never use again…….,

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
Had two cards for different retailers, both failed.
Countless phone calls and emails later, still waiting for a refund.
Will not use this “service” again.

I bought a reloadable sainsbury gift…

I bought a reloadable sainsbury gift card, activated the card but it wouldn't work at the checkout. No response by email, very difficult to get them on the phone.

Struggling to get any kind of action, either refund or new card.

Be careful when using them.

Problem resolved.

EDIT: I had a call from their head of company, which I thought is a very good gesture. He explained the situation very well - as this issue may have caused due to incorrect junk mail reporting. Since my problem using the app has been resolved - happy to edit the review and ratings given.

Continues to be bad

This company provides benefits for employees, when their employer signs up for it. The benefits are great, when they work. When they don't, the customer service is terrible. A gift card I bought and activated for a present did not work. Very embarrassing. I reported it on the 8th January and five emails later, no response.

Update. Better late than never I suppose. Got a call two months after this review. Not as a result of the complaint, but as a result of the review. Apologised and fave me £20 cashback on the account.

Update 15th June. Absolutely appalling. After trying the digital vouchers 2x £50, morrisons. Would not open. Asked me to enter my secret code, which I was never advisec about when purchasing. To set it uo, you have to go to the account where it was set up. Which of course I have no access to on a saturday morning whilst in tge store! Pointless me buying the vouchers as had to pay usunh my card. So £200 has come out of my account and I cannot use the vouchers to pay for anithing else. Wont be buying again as now totally fed up with the whole set up.
