don't often write reviews for finance companies, but Pepper Money deserves recognition for how they treated me during a very challenging financial period.

Life doesn't always go to plan, and when my circumstances changed, Pepper worked with me respectfully and pragmatically rather than making an already stressful situation worse. Their hardship team communicated well, listened, and helped me through a difficult time. That level of empathy and professionalism made a real difference.

My main criticism is the online customer portal, which has historically been quite clunky and difficult to navigate. It has improved over time, but I think there's still room to make it more modern and intuitive so customers can more easily manage their loans and access information.

Overall, my experience has been a positive one. Good customer service is often measured by how a company treats people when things go wrong, not just when everything is running smoothly. On that measure, Pepper Money has earned my respect.

Service is great, online portal helps keep track of loan easy without having to call up all the time. We have nearly completed our 7year lone with pepper money and couldnt fault them through the whole process.
